“Bree and Tim were stellar at getting my accounts set up. Bree walked me through the whole process and troubleshooted some problems the online system gave us. Then I was referred to Tim to advise on the type of IRA I needed. Thorough explanations were given for a novice like me and made it less intimidating. No fees were charged and it was quick! I tried to do it on my own a few times online but kept running into issues. It's always better to talk to someone in person. Plus, they gave my daughter a Fidelity Frog stuffy, which she loves. “This is my closest branch. Everyone here is very nice. However they seem to always be short on tellers? Typically one working, maybe two if you're lucky. They have updated the ATMs so you can get different denominations of bills, not just $20s which I think is cool. If you need to do business in the branch be prepared to wait, plan ahead.”
