I went in for an oil change this morning when they opened and was in and out in about 20 minutes. The people working were friendly and knew what they were talking about. I also appreciated they didn't try to push more services on me and were upfront about the price. I will definitely be back!

Monterey Jiffy Lube understands they need to exceed the expectations of every customer. Employees are family and those they are not, have been there long time. Signed up my car online today and chose my service. Showed up and was told the oil I chose (one of 3 recommended by their own site) was "wrong" and I had to pay over $140. BS. Why lie?
