Lush Cosmetics Del Monte is a smaller store described as a scented wonderland and one of the best in the Monterey Bay. The sales associates are extremely knowledgeable, very helpful, friendly, and provide absolutely amazing and exceptional customer service. They are committed to building a great customer base, make everyone feel welcome, and help differentiate between products customers want and need. The environment is absolutely heavenly and lives up to the hype. The store carries fresh, handmade, cruelty-free, and vegetarian products for bath, body, hair, and more, including products great for sensitive skin and allergies. They have plenty to choose from, including the iconic bath bomb, and favorite scents like Sleepy, sometimes available in gift sets. It is a fun place to visit and worth the trip, where customers are welcome to test and smell to their heart's content.
The staff is helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. The products smell wonderful and work well.
