“Eddie in the Pharmacy at the Rite Aid on Alvarado in Monterey was spectacular at my last visit. I needed a flu shot and to pick up my wife's prescription. While I was filling out the form for my shot, Eddie not only processed the prescription I needed to pick up, he also assisted two other customers swiftly but with extreme politeness and was still done and ready for me before I finished filling out the form. That alone would be enough for me to gratefully thank him on my way out (which I did) but the action he took that demanded I write this glowing review has to do with a problem my wife's primary doc's office made: they sent over one of two medicines we were supposed to pick up. So her prescription not being complete was by no means the fault of the wonderful staff at this Rite Aid pharmacy, but nevertheless, Eddie jumped in and offered to immediately fax over a request for the other prescription to my wife's primary doctor's office and follow-up if we didn't hear anything back. Super guy, wonderfully polite, expeditious and efficient ... I can't say enough about how well I was treated by Eddie in particular, but the whole staff was genuinely cheerful. Oh! And my flu shot was extremely smooth, maybe 7 minutes in total from walk in to walk out. Thanks Eddie and staff!!”
