Placed order online for pickup, they first stated online system was down, then refused to honor price they have listed online. Then refused to fulfill my order and cancelled my pick up order. I understand the online ordering services are funky to manage but to refuse to fulfill my order for a bottle I’m still paying over double MSRP for..I mean cmon

They have a good collection of wine which is hard to find elsewhere and one older gentleman is really lovely who works there. Today I did go in and a man who I hadn't been helped by before was ringing up my purchase. I asked if they carried a specific bottle of sparkling wine and as he walked around and looked for it he said "woman are always causing trouble." And then laughed as if we should agree. Not a good experience.

This wine shop is owned by an ex-con acholic yet dry proprietor. Inherited it from his family and has no real affiliation with the imbibing community. The only thing that motivates the owner is if you give him bucks for the product on the shelf. Most of the clerks are even less knowledgeable than the owner The only reason to purchase from this store is that you want to flush money down the drain and support the delusion of the owner
