There are really nice things here. The customer service is like 2 or 3 stars tho. If you are going to a store like this, and paying these prices, you should get a little better service. I don't like to complain on here, but for a store like this selling tons of breakable items, you'd think they have a way of sending you out the door with the items
being nice and safe and not being worried they are going to break. Luckily, I only bought 2 heavy plates and not a whole set.

Worst customer service from a manager she was rude to her employees was bossing. Everybody around. I went to return a comforter that I had purchased. It had not been used and since I gave my phone number and email I was told I had to come into the store to do the exchange so they can look it up as they wouldn’t look it up over the phone when I came to the store. She looked at the comforter and said have you used it and I said no it’s never been used. I said it’s just tied up by these little strings and I don’t have the strings anymore but she goes well. Just looks like it’s been used have you washed it and I said no I’ve never washed it. I go. This is what it looks like and she repeated to me. I know what they look like I work here very rudely and then proceeded to pull it out and show her everything and then she told me since it was past 30 days there was no way she would exchange the product for me. I told her that I spent thousands of dollars here and that I didn’t realize that there was a 30 day policy and all I was doing was exchanging the color of the comforter and the shams there were large tags that hang off of these covers that were taking off of the comforter when purchased and she said since I’ve taken those tags off, it’s a legal for her to exchange them for me and that I was out of luck and I had to keep them and then asked her if she could look up a couple colors of what they had in that comforter cause I would just buy a new one she acted very frustrated with me. Didn’t want to help me passed me off to an employee who was very sweet and began to help me and then came back to the register because the employee went to the back room to look for something for me, and she asked why the computer was left open and that it needed to be used while customers awaiting, and I said because your employee went to the back room for me. She then snarled at me because I told her that she had been looked up the wrong comforter to begin with when I asked her to, and then passed her off to her employee. The manager was very rude disrespectful and had no customer service skills and then continue to boss her employees around in front of clients in the store. She truly acted like Mrs. Grinch. I heard her also tell other customers that she wouldn’t do exchanges or returns for them because they bought it online. I will never shop in the store again

Very frustrating! I accept that the designer Catherine was with another customer when I arrived. She did appeal to another member of staff to assist me. Elizabeth worked with me slowly towards my requirements but always against the background sounds of laughter and personal conversation between Catherine and other customer. After 90 minutes or so I was forced to give up and leave. I found this behavior to be so unprofessional and intrusive as to ruin my shopping experience and frustrate my ability to purchase the drapes I needed. Complete waste of time.

whoever was working the cashier desk this morning all by herself was super kind and helpful. She has a fairly busy line and the other lady did not want to help her up front, but she managed checking everyone out and helping other people find things very well.

New to the area, looking for a nice floor lamp. Instead of shopping online, decided to go into the local Pottery Barn to see the lamps in person, ready to buy. Walked the entire store and not one sales person greeted me nor asked if I needed assistance finding something, as I was clearly looking. Left and no one acknowledged my exit. Not going back.

It's Pottery Barn, always good quality and stylish. They had a decent amount of furniture on display, but oddly enough not one salesperson greeted or approached me the entire time I was in the store.

Their customer service is suck especially the lady name Renee. I called the customer service line to help me with the missing stuff on my order online. You know what she told me? I can give you a phone number to call the store so they can give you the stuff you need. Like really? That's why I called you and you are asking me to call a store even though I order it online not from a specific store. If you are really good customer service so should say, i can call the store who shipped your order so they can send you the stuff but No! You didn't do that! When I asked you why I should call when I already called you? You said, because that is your order!! Wow. Maybe you need to train your people.If you charge your client in higher price maybe get someone from your staff to deal with your client with respect and do what is supposed to do.

HORRID service. Pottery Barn should be ashamed. To make thing worse a clerk said the manager was going across the way to Williams Sonoma. Dear god no. The Pottery Barn head boss, starts with j? Is mean spirited and rude. She's nasty in general. I pray she does not land at Williams sonoma so I can continue shopping there. I am not interested in a response, what can be said.I do want the manager of the pottery barn's phone number. I expect that in my reply.
