I came in for a quick saw rental. the price was very reasonable. I broke the saw and expected to have to pay for it. When I brought it in they said don't worry about it we'll will fix it. They did and gave it back to me with no extra charge. Excellent service!!

I called and spoke with Eric. He is the best. I was looking for port wine glasses, and even though he confirmed that he doesn't rent party equipment, he was kind enough to sit with me for a moment and give the numbers to 5 other businesses around the Monterey area that might be able to help me. As a hotel Concierge, I deeply appreciate how Eric went above and beyond the call of duty to assist me - that's what customer service is all about! Thank you! I will be calling back when I need to rent non-party equipment!
