The manager Corina is extremely rude and disrespectful. I needed assistance with my Sephora card and asked her some questions. I asked how to pay my Sephora card. She said "I don't know". I asked if there is a number she completely ignored me. There was another employee near her that helped me with a phone number to contact. I asked both of them if this is the number bc I have called a few numbers to pay off my card (I tried telling my experience). The manager Corina with no eye contact continued to go back to organizing. I got my card issue fixed. The next day I went back and waited in line and when it was my turn she walked away. Another employee noticed I was waiting and came to help me. I called corporate but be aware she should not be a manager, she should not be in a place of power, I can tell she is a bully and not a nice person, she should not be in customer service.

This is by far the worst Sephora I've ever been to. Every time I go in they are always out of stock of every single thing I'm trying to buy. When I go now I usually just check the app to see if what I want is available in store. One time I went in for two lipglosses that were in stock but no testers. The employee told me they were in the back and I could just order for in store pick up and come back. Why would I want to do that? I wanted to swatch them on my hand first to see if the color is how it appears online, and why would I waste my time and then have to come back?? Anyways, I visited the store again this morning, the store was quite dead with only a few customers inside and not once was I approached to ask if I needed help. I had to go out of my way to look for someone and ask about a few products that were not on the shelves but were in stock according to the online app. The employee didn't even bother to look in the back for me she just straight up said there was no more of EACH product I wanted. One of the products was a brown lip liner and she tries to show me the a Sephora brand lip liner that she said is a similar color however the color she was trying to sell me was bright RED.. what?? I will probably be shopping elsewhere where employees are more helpful and not colorblind, to top it off they also suck at color matching foundations. Better off driving to San Jose or just ordering online from home. Theres no way that the 6 different items I wanted to purchase today were ALL out of stock. They were most likely in the back and the lady just was too lazy to grab them for me, and I wasn't about to waste my time and "order pickup" just because of their laziness. I'll take my money elsewhere.

joanne is the sweetest! i've never felt more taken care of. she helped me pick out the right colors for me for different products. she wasn't pushy or trying to convince me to buy things i didn't need ( i get uncomfortable). she took her time to explain what products would work good for my skin type and was all around amazing! the woman who helped me at the check out(didn't get her name) was very kind.

Had a wonderful experience at the store. I especially would like to thank Gigi, the representative, who so kindly took such a care and time to help me color match foundation and concealer. The prodect she recommended is wonderful and the shade matches perfect, after 7 hours it looks great on my skin. I hope she is there when I visit the store next time. An excellent employee. Don't ever lose her. Kudos, Gigi! ( visit time: around noon on DEC 30, 2023.). :)

Busy, but I was greeted pleasantly in spite of that. I had a return so went to the register and it was processed efficiently. The clerk was professional and friendly and easy to deal with. My only issue was the store being crowded, but employees were helping as they could and I encountered no problems.

I’m not one to post reviews but I have to after my first and last experience at this Sephora. Mind you I’m a sephora rouge. I placed a BOPIS online. Cool it was ready after 2 hours. Email shows that you can approach any associate so they can fetch your pickup order. I walk in, the workers are just talking and I politely interrupted their conversation and the old woman turns around (she has blondeish hair, tall and bangs?) rolls her eyes and asks me what i wanted help with. I let her know i had a pickup order i was picking up. She says to me you have to go to the register for that, with a rude tone. Ooookaaay, well excuse me, it said any associate can grab the order. I don't know where the register is so i just kind of walk around to see where it's at. I stand next to the online order sign and I’m ignored for the next 5ish minutes... and then someone finally asks if i've been helped after a while. Worst experience ever, I spent an easy $200 on this trip. After reading the others this store does have bias towards the hispanic community which is sad since that is 95% of the population here. I'll go to ulta now.??♀️

Almost three months ago, I had a positive experience with Sephora in the Bay Area when I tried a 30 minute complexion Feature Focus, and decided to book a 90 minute Ultimate Glam makeup appointment for my pre-wedding event this past Saturday.The problems started when attempting to book this Ultimate Glam appointment. The website would not allow me to book for the desired date, despite there being no obvious issue with my data entry. It was only when I called the Sephora store that I came to know that there was an invisible glitch in the system that did not allow for bookings more than 90 days in advance. This was a bit of a hassle to work around, but eventually, a kind lady named Elena(?) was able to circumvent the issue and reserve my booking. We later went to the store in person while we were in town and swung by to confirm my appointment and even made one for my mom for the timeslot right before mine.On the week of the wedding, we received our written reminder and confirmation of our appointments, all was well.The morning of the appointment, I receive an email and a text message notifying me that both my and my mom's appointments have been cancelled, mere hours before we are supposed to get our makeup done for my pre-wedding event.I call the store and hear from the manager that their only makeup artist called in sick and Sephora had absolutely no back up plan or staff to cover the existing appointments. Even when I made it known that this appointment was for my wedding weekend event, they offered no consolation or help in rebooking elsewhere.This Sephora location's complete lack of preparedness in the event of shortstaffing unnecessarily sent a bride into a tailspin. Luckily, I was able to make a last minute appointment at the MAC counter at the local Macy's instead.It is unfortunate that after such a struggle to book and confirm an appointment so far in advance, Sephora still proved to be unreliable at the eleventh hour.

Very helpful staff. We were confused about the product's availability and features for my daughter. They found one in stock and they explained the product features and what it comes in only one color contrary to what we thought. We made a purchase instead of looking at other stores for the same product in a different color.

After discussing this with my husband, I’m posting to encourage a change at this store. We placed an online order to pick up some tea tree moisturizer and brow powder. We were prepared to go hiking in Big Sur, so were dressed in trail running shoes, caps, sweats, and long sleeve shirts. When we arrived, I told the person at checkout we were there for an online order and she called over a manager to grab it. Throughout our interaction with him, it felt like he was vetting us or didn’t believe we had actually placed an order. When the order didn’t pull up based on my phone number, he was condescending sounding and asked how we had placed the order. It eventually pulled up with my email address, and we had a confirmation email with a barcode with us anyway. We left feeling a bit put out - like we were not welcome there. Looking back, I wish I had just cancelled the order at the store.I didn’t feel this way from any other staff person at the store - just the manager.

Terrible customer service. You can be Any color and the help is Not Nice.Once again, you have these gangs of roaming, young women who have no idea how to help people. They like to hang around each other and talk to each other and ignore the customers, if you ask them a simple question, they have no idea how to answer it.I suggest these young ladies spend their time reading about the products they are selling and understanding how they work instead of standing around and gossiping with each other about each other and about the customers.I have gone into this store with basic questions about a product and ingredients, and they have no idea and could care less to help me. Training seems to be a lost art in the world of beauty, and no, you're holier than thou attitude does not help you sell a product.Oh snap girl attitude check please!

Customer service is great. The store lighting is awful!
