Siren Records is a favorite record store in northern California known for its fantastic and great selection. It sells new records only, with a focus on modern, alternative, and classic rock, as well as some jazz. The store does not sell used records, CDs, equipment, or cleaners. Everything is nicely organized and easy to find, though there are no price tags on the records. Instead, a price scanner on the far left wall provides prices, which is a neat and time-saving feature. Prices are comparable to online, though some note they can seem a bit high. The store offers fantastic customer service with very helpful and communicative staff, as well as fast shipping. The overall experience is highly recommended, with a great collection, easy parking, and a welcoming policy for exchanges. Many consider it the best record store they have ever been to.
