I am an on-site bench Jeweler with over 50 years experience I do not do engraving and I do not change watch batteries, nor do I work on watches, but I do ring sizing, jewelry, repair, broken, shanks, re-tipping, worn out, prongs replacing old heads for stones, and sometimes just polishing a ring and making it look new Often times rings that are sorted on the bottom will crack and need to be repaired and general turn around time will be at the most a day or two
