Went here after jiffy lube messed up an oil change. He was very helpful in repairing my car and getting the information needed . He doesn’t talk much but he’s straight forward and knowledgeable. And doesn’t insanely overcharge . Have gone back 2 times since for routine maintenance

If you have a problem with your car, take it to T&T Auto repair in Monterey. I will never take my 1999 Infinity I30 to no one else, other than the Nissan dealer. It's a very honest business.

This place was good but what I don’t like is when you book an appointment 2 weeks ago and then you go to your appointment and he says no time or can’t help you. What is the point of an appointment ? Many others have different perspectives but not everyone is happy with this company and I have heard many others be very upset.
This is upsetting when we expected to have a smog done and respected enough to have an appointment and then he has the audacity to say can’t help you and hide in the garage

Front office is always super rude and dismissive. Had the same experience years ago, and decided to give it another shot since it's a convenient location. Met with the same dismissive attitude. I never expect anyone to bend over backwards, but I'm not interested in businesses that make customers feel like they are nothing but an inconvenience, especially for a very straightforward job.

They are almost always busy, which says something, "Good, honest repair shop". I've been going to them for years. Best to make an appointment. No frills, no waiting area to speak of, no coffee, etc. But, if you just want your car fixed at a fair rate this place is for you.
My whole family and neighbors in the area use them. I've had
brakes, oil change, smog check, etc.

I love this automotive repair shop. I am a woman and have been conned before by other repair shops. This place is honest and affordable. You mush show up around 8 a.m. for repair quote. I have a VW Passat and this shop is definitely professional, they do the service requested and reset the sensors correctly I highly recommend this place.
