Front office lady with glasses was very rude. No friendly, nice customer service skills whatsoever, never coming here again! I had told her the patient spoke Spanish ONLY and she told me she spoke Spanish, the patient comes out of the office saying she didn’t speak any Spanish to her! What the heck!?The lady also didn’t offer us to have a seat in the waiting room, but did for other patients!! She had us waiting OUTSIDE. Total discrimination! Don’t recommend coming here if you’ve never been!

See attached photo. I was just here and on top of the attitude I was given, I got a big bruise. I'm usually good with needles, but the woman who drew mine made it very painful for me. She put the needle in and it was such a sharp pain. Nothing was drawn, so she poked in and out then side to side, keeping the needle in my skin. A bit was drawn then it stopped because she moved it so she did the same thing again (up/down and side to side). The whole thing just didn't feel right. I can't straighten my arm all the way from the pain I'm in. It feels like when you overdo bicep curls. Even my parents had the same experience. One time there was a guy there and he did a great job. Didn't even feel the needle. I'd give him a 5/5 rating. Super nice guy.

Terrible service. Opens at 7:30am but aren't prepared to see patients until 8am if your lucky.
