Definitely changing banks-I made a large deposit in the automated teller machine located in the center of the bank because there were 5 people in line and no teller in site-the machine took my large cash and check deposit and spit out a receipt saying aborted and $00 was deposited- after trying to find a teller that could get my money back or at least correct the transaction, I was told to call the number on the back of my debit card because THE TELLER MACHINE IS NOT THERES! And they have no way to refund my money and I have to wait up to 10 days to see IF they agree with the amount I know that I deposited. Spent hours in the phone and still absolutely no response from the bank- horrible customer service!!! Beware!!

Branch Manager was unprofessional and the New Accounts was just as bad. Did not know what they were talking about giving misinformation and bad service.
