Package did not arrive as promised. Arrived two-day not overnight. Second clerk did not assist customers waiting in line for 7 minutes - I timed it. Kept doing what she was doing even though there three of is waiting and the other clerk was helping another customer. I could have said something but then you get dirty looks.

I had a great experience here with customer service agent Lee. They were helpful, competent, friendly, professional and smart. And by the way, I truly appreciated that they wore a name tag saying “they/them” - and that UPS supported them in doing so. Thank you UPS and thank you Lee. Well done.

I am thankful for this UPS store in my neighborhood since I have frequent drops.
All employees are nice but Barbara is especially helpful. It’s always nice to see her friendly face! ?

Miss Barbara was very fast and very efficient. She was super friendly and personable.
This UPS store still offers ink fingerprinting without an appointment. This service was great appreciated.

I’ve had my post office box at this UPS Store since May of 2021 when I started my business. All the staff here are great. However, Barbara has truly been a pleasure to work with. She knows my name, is aways courteous, friendly and accommodating when ever I have the need for added services. I appreciate how professional she is!
