Luna was terrible at walking me through the passport application. My appointment was from 2-2:15 PM. She gave me a faulty pen which resulted in me having to redo all the application papers. Another party walked in at 2:10 PM while I was already finishing up my documents, yet she said I had to wait for the next party to finish since my documents were “not ready”. I had to wait until 2:30 PM when they finished. What is the point of having a designated appointment time if you’re gonna take another party that walks in during my time slot? After that she made the process extremely difficult, although I told her it was my first time. She was not nice or accommodating at all. This was a terrible passport application process which left me extremely dissatisfied and angry. I recommend Luna gets training in adequate customer service.

Process is seamless every time as long as you know what to do. I usually ship things domestically and internationally and always come with labels pre-applied, so everything is simple. However, I can't speak for others' experiences.

In the past 2 weeks I have been trying to mail things at this USPS at around 9:10am, 2:15pm and 2:25pm on 3 different days. The staff was always not there, the door was closed and there was no sign explaining the situation. It's really frustrating to go there over and over again. Where are the staff?!

Stopped by and try to send a small package, 2" x 2" x 6", the clerk replied I need to use a larger box so the shipping label can be fully visible. Left in wonder but rejoiced when the city post office gladly accepted with no questions asked. Is all military installation work ethic like that gentleman?
