He listened and recommended cost-effective brands for each, and advised potentially helpful supplements for me to look into without being pushy. I'll definitely be back, possibly for those other supplements”

“This spot is ideal for people watching their macros, want a light, nutritious meal, or who want to grab something quick on the run. Food is portioned and includes nutrition/macro info. The Monterey location has a funky speakeasy style dining area where guests can microwave and eat their food. That was a fun feature. In terms of the food itself, the salmon was good and microwaved well (I usually don't microwave fish) but the green beans were steamed with no salt or seasoning. I also feel that $15 per meal is a little steep for the portion and preparation, but I understand it's costly to operate a business in downtown Monterey. Overall, it was a decent experience. My biggest issue was the lack of any vegetarian or plant based options. Every meal had meat or fish. It would be nice if they offered tofu or tempeh as a protein option, or a meal that is veggie forward.”
