My experience at this store was good. I was able to upgrade my phone in a timely manner and the employees were able to explain everything to me thoroughly.The store was desolate and looked like someone had just robbed the place. There were no phones on display and the workers kept talking about theft. It made me feel uneasy. There was one wobbly chair in the whole store. It felt like they don't want customers there.

The employee there was kind and respectable, but this is the 4th time I've come here and come back home with problems.... Same thing happened when I got my old Iphone there over 2 years ago.The employee tools to assist remotely are terrible, even the software/devices they use in the store are buggy and slow.I am not one to write one star reviews often but this store wasted my valuable time and ruined my lunch--- they are so incompetent in almost everything they do. Horrible experience/waste of time, as usual. Please avoid this location---

TERRIBLE AND very UNPROFESSIONAL customer service. Veronica Mojica - manager- should be fired asap. I gave them 8 years of business (which was horrible with constant over billing). for 7 months my account has been closed and settled. not a single call or letter from ATT. and now they sent "a balance" who knows what for to collections!?! not a single employee at the branch can be helpful, take accountability or offer a solution. she also refused to give me her bosses name with a position. and asked me to leave the store!! unreal. I highly recommend switching to T mobile . and if any senior management of ATT cares to read this, your services are terrible and there is no follow through. simply awful. train your staff

Stopped by for a quick question, and Christina not only answered our questions, but got us a deal better than we could have imagined, and in about 10 minutes we had a new phone. Our visit was a shockingly pleasant surprise: please give this young woman a raise!!

Literally here outside on a friday 4:10pm as i type this and its closed.... Waste of time and gas EDIT: Apparently this store has multiple bad reviews for being closed at random times while employees take their lunch breaks. They should at LEAST put a sign or update their hours stating during what times the store will be CLOSED for LUNCH if theyre really that understaffed.
