I needed a phone quickly for a new job. Needing a second line in a fast amount of time, I came into the store and was able to get the last Apple SE phone they had. Ben was very helpful and detailed with me. I told him what I needed and he customized my order!

The girl at you store tonight is a complete idiot. She told me to come in and my drop off trade in would be easy. Turns out she has no clue whatsoever what she's doing and even poorer listening skills. I'm quite sure that she still has no idea what was going on. I went to another AT&T shop and they sorted out the problem in seconds and fixed my account in mere minutes. #trainingmatters #customerservice #maybeyoucantteachstupid

I can not rate because there is no 0 to give, any stars will be too much for their performance . When I was walking to the store at 3 pm, the guy was locking the store from outside and telling me that he is going to Lunch for an hour and even when. Ones back the system is down and can not do anything before even asking what brought me here . Similar incidents a year ago with this store , considerably underperformance

If I could give 0 stars I would. The dude working there IS SO DISRESPECTFUL! I went in with my father and When I would say something to the "manager" he would act as if he couldn't hear me, he never acknowledged I was even there. When my dad mentioned stuff about spam calls he said I don't know what you're talking about, I don't even care. Literally, I cannot make this up. He would then keep trying to sell us phones, if he doesn't care why are you trying to get business with us. Also I'm not being racist but there was this guy there both times I went weeks apart. He was just there with his phone, tattooed all over. I think there is a shady thing happening here. We mentioned to him how long he has worked at this store and he said for 2 or more years and we asked about a girl who used to work there and he proceeds to tell us oh I don't know who you're talking about but I've worked here every single day open to close, it's only me. Well of course it's only you A******* My dad went back in to buy a phone for a friend and he was again disrespectful. We have a business of our own and honestly that is shitty service. Don't come here. This place should change management or close down. This is a horrible representation of AT&T.

MAJOR TIME WASTER. The employees seem like they WANT to help, but at least half of the time they CANNOT help you. Just stopped by the store and got my new i-phone 12 pro and guess what? They couldn't even activate it and I wasted 1 hour waiting patiently with these guys. They said "the website is down"... Despite that, It's ALWAYS something with AT&T. This store usually only has 1 employee working there at a time, which makes the waiting times very long. Not even the employees there have a direct contact with customer service. I will avoid coming here from now on!

Do not go here! I went there June 9th i paid my phone off and got a new one under the next plan, was informed my 250 dollar trade in value would be credited to my account and yet its still not there, I have called ATT numerous times and they cannot find my trade in phone in their system because this store NEVER sent it out, they kept it for THEMSELVES!!! so they ripped me off of $250. This store steals your money. I would NEVER RECOMMEND. My sales person was Raien Pezeshki... and the manager was right by his side during all of this transaction.

AT&T Fraud Case I was charged for the entire price for an iPhone 11 Pro that I returned to a target store on December 9th 2019. AT&T company charged me the full amount even though the phone was returned to target the same day I bought it. I had to call and discuss my case several times with managers and employees from the AT&T company because every time I called they ignored it and kept sending me another bill with a higher amount of money added to the bill each time. They never wiped the amount of $1300 off of my account the first time they charged me but instead kept sending higher bills. I switched to Verizon when I bought my new cell phone after returning the first cell phone to target when I was still with AT&T. That is when AT&T charged me for the entire payment of the first phone that was returned. I was even given a fraud case number by two different managers who never took care of the issue. Now they have not only raised this fraud bill several times but they have now sent my bill to collections!! This is a wrong thing to do to somebody who has already filed a fraud case against them. This is completely unacceptable for any company to do something so heinous to somebody! I was told multiple times my case will be wiped clean and nothing ever happened. When I tried to approach managers in person at the store they just told me to leave the store. Anybody who is still with AT&T should leave immediately before you get financially screwed like I did! I wish I could could give the AT&T company a negative 5 star review.
