“I'm over 50 and needed to find a doctor who would be as concerned about my health as my own parents would be, and it was a real search, let me tell you. I've been through a lot of doctors over a half century of doing things the hard way. But I found him. You found him. It's Dr. Christopher Arnold. Let me tell you about my experience with the good doctor. First, his staff was incredibly friendly right when I walked in, which was a nice change from my previous doctor's office. When I first met him, I told him my family medical history, and being honest with him that I was searching for a doctor who would actually take a moment to listen to me and not make me feel like I'm in the way of the next appointment. Dr. Arnold just smiled and said "I will make sure you know your health is my top priority" So here we are, almost a year later, and I'm the healthiest I've been in 25 years. I'm no longer pre-diabetic, no longer overweight (no, not on Ozempic), the list goes on. He's top tier, and I literally stopped getting ready for dinner to stop and tell everyone this. Be well!”

We now thank our stars for having found Dr. Maria Jan. In an age of doctors who speed-talk through appointments in order to spend the minimum amount of time with you, it’s beyond refreshing to find Dr. Jan who is unhurried, listens patiently, asks all the right questions, and invariably has the right answers.
What’s more, she goes above and beyond the call of duty. In a recent series of emergency mishaps, Dr. Jan was called upon for help. Time was of the essence. She acted swiftly, made all the necessary calls, had to make demands on our behalf, and thanks to her, we received the care we needed.
If only she could be cloned, the medical world would get better reviews.”
“5/5 for Dr. Dickey. I've been seeing her for about 5 years now and she was able to track down a genetic condition I have and prescribed me the correct medication for some mental health issues I've been suffering from the past decade or so.
I understand it's frustrating trying to get a hold of someone in the office but as someone that sees her every 6 months for bloodwork checkups, I see how busy the office assistants are with answering phones, checking patients in/out, setting up future appointments and taking care of everyone in the waiting rooms.
In my opinion, patience is a virtue. Last time I called, the person answering the phone politely told me I had 2 callers ahead of me and I waited until it was my turn, got my bloodwork faxed to Quest, went over my next appointment and took care of everything in a timely manner.
One other thing to add for those that are tech savvy, they have a newly updated Patient Portal and I've rescheduled appointments numerous times that way without having to call in. It was quick and easy and I even have the option or messaging Dr. Dickey, which I did, for a refill on my asthma medication and it was sent to my pharmacy.
Dr. Dickey is and will continue to be my PCP!”
