They close the doors at 8:50pm and the store hours say open until 9pm. This has happened numerous times. The website says open until 9pm as well. If you're looking for a job that closes earlier, go work at a bank.

Great custom service today! They were fairly busy when I went in, and it seemed like only one woman was working - she was so patient and positive even juggling people checking out and asking about additional sizes of shoes. The gentleman in front of me had a complicated transaction and she never lost her cool and was so gracious. Great experience and I'll definitely think of this store next time I'm looking for shoes for my family.

Man at register did not greet me after I clearly said “hello”. Completely ignored me. Very rude. No customer service at all. Will not be going back, very dissatisfied.

Like everything else in stores this year 2023 you don't get a lot for the dollar these days I bought a pair of Adidas like a skate shoe kind of and they were 65 bucks and then I went and bought a pair of $20 want to be Converse tennis shoes at Walmart and to tell you the truth the Hallmark $20 shoes are more comfortable and I think they look better yeah they have a lot of shoes there and they're probably better prices than other places like Tilly's you're going to pay a hundred bucks for a pair of shoes at Tilly's or surf shops go to Walmart.
