“I stopped by this Lowes in the morning to pick up my online order. I found parking easily here because it's in a big plaza and there wasn't a lot of customers here yet. They have some bbq grill in the front along with some flowers. When you walk in, you'll see a little gazebo which looks nice. I took a quick look at their cleaning supplies here because I was interested in some stainless steel cleaning supplies. The prices are higher compared to other stores so I don't know if they'll price match. The online pickup is next to the entrance behind the customer service area. I checked in through the mobile app so they already had my product ready. The customer service I experienced here today was great.”

When I was asked, do you need help, sir by another individual who has been there for years he only showed me what I guess he wanted me to see. But however, he did not listen to me. Cory L. Came over and said sir is there anything I can help you with. After explaining to him what I needed, he did not only go through the complete process of how a customer should be treated. I don’t know him personally, but I do know the type of character as well as the moral fiber he is made of. He also helped me purchase as well as pushing the shopping cart to the checkout.
