This is a great pharmacy! They were able to find the generic I needed for my Mom when no other pharmacy in Ventura County could. Support small businesses. Much better than the big chains. Friendly and knowledgeable staff!

Best pharmacy ever! As soon as they opened in Moorpark I moved my info to them and it had been smooth sailing since. No issues. If one arises it is solved immediately. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

This is pretty much the only pharmacy that my husband can get one of his meds from so we've been here a few times and they also mail to him. Except for this last month, when 2 of his meds weren't mailed out correctly, they have been consistent and shown up on time and packaged very well. The time 2 things were missed he was able to call them and they held the meds while we drove there to pick them up in person. The pharmacy has a small gift shop with some very cute gifts, and the staff has always been nice to us. We've always gone in on the weekend (very limited hours though so check before you go) and we've never had to wait in line. Not busy at all so that's a plus for us too. I'd recommend them.

This pharmacy is a joke and extremely unreliable and unprofessional. It takes almost 2 weeks for them to fill a prescription because they are so "backed up." I hear the same thing every month.Clearly they don't value people's health or make them a priority. Their customer service is lacking. I suggest taking your business elsewhere unless you like being treated like trash.

I never thought I would write a review for a pharmacy, but Burts Pharmacy in Moorpark is the best! The prescriptions are usually ready, and even though its a very small place, the line is never too long. The staff is always friendly and helpful. And they have a cute assortment of gifts, snacks and necessities.

After having to deal with the In's and Out's of CVS I was so happy that this Privately owned Burt's Pharmacy popped up in the same building right outside my Dr. Office! Going there once and I've never wanted to go anywhere else! Every single staff member is courteous and do everything within their power to help you and in such a timely manner! I love everyone there and am so thankful to feel as if people actually still care about your pharmaceutical needs! Highly recommend!!!
