I have not been feeling well for 2 weeks. My primary care doctor is on vacation. I walked in and was seen by Dr Vo in 20 minutes. After my exam he asked me to get a blood test and chest x-ray. Both located 2 minutes from his office. Turns out I have pneumonia. After a vaccine and a prescription and an inhaler I am home
The place was ,clean. Staff very curious. Doctor very friendly and answered all my questions. Very impressed! Thank you all at the Moopark Comprehensive! I will recommend you highly.

I went there twice both times the doctor help me solved my medical problems. The doctor was very knowledgeable and very good manners. Once she even gave me a prescription for an ultrasound and she called me back with the results. The waiting time was not bad.

I haven't been to this office with an appointment but I have used it for urgent care and I have to say, the staff is GREAT!! I've always been cared for in a timely manner, with respect and care. I highly recommend this office if you need urgent care.

I saw Dr. Vo without an appointment today (Saturday). The wait time was well worth it. He was better than most general practitioner doctors I've seen. So much so, I may think about asking if he can be my primary care physician. Really handy that they're open 7 days a week and on holidays, because just my luck, things always seem to go wrong with me outside of regular hours. The only negative is the receptionists could be a little more professional. I had to ask them if I could speed up the process by providing a urine sample while I waited, and that shouldn't have had to come from the patient. Other than that, great place. I have also seen Dr. Kodama, also good from what I remember. p.s. The pharmacy next door is excellent. I asked the pharmacist for advice; he was very nice and knowledgeable, and he didn't brush me off like they usually do at the large chain pharmacies. There's also an awesome gift and clothes selection inside the pharmacy. I even bought a cool flannel shirt there to cheer myself up. Highly recommend!

The staff are excellence at their job! I always get treated professionally. They take care of all my health needs. I recommend Dr. Vo and associates. Couldn’t ask for any better.

I did not have a good experience at all, the front desk was very unorganized, they promised to call with results from the many tests they sent me for, and even calling them I was never able to obtain any of those results. And then even after I paid, which there is no online option which is very frustrating, and received a confirmation that I did pay, they continued to send me past due statements.

Ive seen Erin Esgate PA-C a few times at this urgent care, she has always been helpful, knowledgeable, and thoughtful. She is AMAZING! I appreciated the time she took with me. Highly recommend this urgent care, thanks!

I rarely write a review for anything , much less for a medical practice but then again I rarely experience this kind of care and concern by an entire team of medical staff. This past year, despite the demands made upon them during the pandemic, they have continued to provide exceptional care. I am most grateful to each of them at Moorpark Comprehensive Medical Group for all they do for me and for the many good people of Moorpark and beyond.
