I have no words to describe my experience with Main Tires & Wheels. Eight months ago I placed an order for custom rims, paying half up front. As of today, I have not received the rims and they refuse to give me my deposit back. Every time I contact them, I get the run around and another excuse why the rims aren’t ready and more promises as to their delivery. If you value your money, do not deal with Main Tires & Wheels. Manuel is a smooth talker who is absolutely deceitful. Eight months. Think about it before you even contact them. I can’t even order rims from someone else until I get my money back from Main Tires & Wheels. I'd be interested in hearing how many others have had this problem with them and how you resolved it.

Good people, good prices, and overall good experience. Parking is limited so be sure to call before you get there. Customer service is direct and the owner is very knowledgeable. Conveniently located in the heart of Moorpark behind the police station and the Ruben Castro services center.

I've been going to Manuel since he was at the Santa Paula MTW, and ever since then I have referred family, friends and co-workers whenever anyone mentions they're gonna be looking for tires. Every person that I've referred to him has thanked me and said "That's where I'm going wherever I need tires". Since the first time I met Manuel, he has always been kind, considerate and honest. I now consider him a personal friend and look forward to hanging out with him for at least a little while whenever I need tires.

MTW was a great find today. My husband and I are relatively new to Moorpark. I went to MTW to check the tires, alignment, and wheel balancing on a Toyota Camry we inherited from my dad. Something just wasn't feeling right. Manuel was wonderful. When he called he said I could come over anytime today. He was courteous. I really appreciate his fair assessment of the problem and that he didn't try to oversell me. We replaced the two back tires that were quite worn on the inside edge. He rotated the two good tires to the back and put the new ones on the front. He also did the front end alignment that was needed. I would recommend this shop highly. I'm glad to find a good shop so close to home.

MTW is the best! These guys treat you like family and always get the job done super quick. They are always fair with price and provide options. Today they repaired my flat within 20 mins and got me back on my way and charged very little. I appreciate businesses like this... they have won all my tire business. Thanks MTW!

Excellent value on tires, couldn't be happier with the service provided, they went above and beyond and Manuel was completely honest, informative and delightful to deal with. What more could you want? Have used many tire shops in my life, see no reason to go anywhere else now. You won't be disappointed and there is a reason for all of his great reviews.
