Bought a pizza for dinner, got home, all the toppings had slid to one side. I followed instructions on packaging for quality guarantee, and they refused to refund or replace.

I find the employees, from the cashiers, the produce dept., the meat department as well as the people stocking the shelves to be very helpful and friendly. When I read some of the poor reviews, I wondered what store they were referring to. These people worked through the "pandemic" when many others did not. I find that a sincere thank you once in awhile is appreciated.

I've been going to this Ralph's since it opened. Sadly, it has taken a turn for the worse. Clearly, they are trying their best to push out the employees who have been there for years. Always new faces who don't know where anything is, or anything about the market. The vibe of the store is a bit dingy and unwelcoming. While I hate to search for a new store, every shopping trip is becoming a dreadful depressing experience.

This store and the nearby Simi Valley Ralphs' seem to be suffering from shelf price tags that magically disappear. On a recent visit, I counted at least 22 different items with no shelf tags. This is particularly true in the produce department where a slew of different fruits and vegetables were totally devoid of shelf tags. If they can not manage to maintain accurate and visible shelf tags perhaps they should be asked to go back to individually pricing each and every item with a sticker like back in the 1970's.

Shame on Ralph's management!!!You advertise special low price, get people to your store but zero inventory. They advertise Tri Tip for 4.99 per pound but have nothing on shelves and can't tell you when they will have it in stock.

Watch pricing. Register charges higher price than posted. Produce section is poor, not fresh, even potatoes which last a long time are mushy.

I came in a few months ago to return a box of light bulbs. I approached the guy in the photo named Mike who, from the get-go, was combative in tone & I asked if I could make a return with him. Upon handing my receipt and the box of lightbulbs (which was within the return window), he immediately began questioning me about why I'm returning it to his store as opposed to the store where I'd make the purchase. I just happened to be in the area, but instead of succumbing to his unprofessional questioning, I asked if it were against Ralph's policy to return, which he said it isn't. So I asked why he's questioning me, and he said because I'm coming in at night trying to return an item to a different Ralph's from which I'd made the purchase. Taken aback by his blatant interrogating and lack of a legitimate reason to be questioning me and treating me like a criminal, I asked who the manager is and he said that he is & that he's not going to process a return (still never got a clear answer as to why). Frankly, I wouldn't be surprised if there were a racial component to his handling of the situation - his suspicion of me from the moment I'd approached was quite telling, from his aggressive tone from the moment I approached to even process my return simply because "it was night and you bought this from a different Ralph's in the area."

My favorite Ralphs! I don't even live in Moorpark anymore, but I still come to this Ralph's whenever I have an excuse to be in the area. Mostly it's because the staff is so nice. They were always really sweet to my disabled mom when I took her there. Good folks.
