“This is THE BEST supermarket. Its got way more choices than costco and no membership fee! They have parallel products to all your favorites at Trader Joes. I get 50 pounds of *fresh* onions for $11 and give them to my friends! Products that I used to get on amazon for $12 is $3.75 here. Sweet staff too. I never shop anywhere else.”

“You can never go wrong with the produce at Gelson's! The best and sweetest fruits, unblemished and fresh vegetables, and an excellent variety of products - prices are comparable with regular markets but the products are superior by far! wonderful cheese selections, charcuterie, and excellent customer services! I drive all the way from Moorpark to shop at Gelson's! Fantastic shopping experience all the time!”

“Some great deals but not always lower in price than a major chain. We do, however, shop Aldi plus a major chain and we save a good deal of money. The store is always clean and cashier is friendly.”

“Amazing selection of products that can not be found at non Aldi stores.

“Dan a manager at this store showed AWESOME customer service! He went above and beyond and made us feel like even in a suburb of LA one can have kind of a family like feel at a local grocery store. Not exaggerating at all when I say my wife and felt like a million dollars when we left the store today. Thanks Dan! I’ll never forget it.”

“Vallarta is a great place to shop. They have so many products you just can't find at a place like Vons or Ralph's.

Obviously, the Tortillas are incredible, and fresh. The selection of masa is huge as well if you're inclined to make your own. The baked goods are amazing: both Mexican pastries & conchas, as well as quality cakes and fruit tarts.

One of my favorite things about Vallarta is the meat department. There is so much less waste than American grocers. You can get pig ears, soup bones, chicken feet - all the off cuts that you need for some recipes but are otherwise hard to find, and I love that.

Top it off with a massive produce section and a delightful prepared foods area, and really I think the theme is a commitment to freshness and quality.

Vallarta is a market that makes me happy when I shop there, and if you love to cook, I think you'll feel the same.”

“HOT DOG!!! You just can't beat the price, value, and convenience of the Costco food court - a great all beef dinner Frank, fresh bun and drink for under two dollars! Sometimes I will bring my own homemade salsa for a great salsa dog! Quick, low dough and always consistent!!!”

“Had a great checkout experience at Thousand Oaks Walmart! I didn't catch her name, but Cashier 000331 was a total rockstar. Even though the store was very busy, she was efficient, accurate, and kept a positive attitude. The store is lucky to have her.

Also, a huge shoutout to Joe in the Online Pickup & Delivery department! Very helpful, polite, and efficient. I’ve seen him mentoring new employees, showing great leadership and a positive attitude. Thanks for the help with my bags!
Both deserve recognition.”
