I hate going into mobileStores I get nervous but going into the Moorpark store was such a relief not only did they fix my problemWith my phone but Roseann helped me get a better deal than before!! She was so knowledgeable I was in and out!! No long waits not trying to sell me on something I didn’t need I will definitely make this my go to store if I ever need to go in again thanks Roseann !!

My son and I walked into to this T-Mobile and was immediately greeted by both Javier and Yessenia. They were on point with each and every guest as they walked in. We had the pleasure of working with Javier in which we presented him with what we wanted to accomplish. He was very attentive and allowed me to fully explain myself. I did not feel rushed and he answered each of my questions throughly. All of this while still greeting customers as they entered friendly and warmly. Yessenia kept at it as well while she was assisting her guest right next to me. I really appreciate how calm each of them were as they really were there to ensure that we received what we came in for. In my specific case Javier allowed me to explore 3 different options to allow me to get the most cost effective choice in the end. Which helped us save so much money by allowing us these several options. Not one time did he show frustration or impatience and that really helped me not feel rushed to make a bad decision on such a large purchased. In the end I got what I came in for. I got what I needed at the best costs. I received excellent customer service during a busy stressful season and was on my way in a timely manner not feeling frazzled after. That's is what it's all about. If you want to be able to get things done and people to really listen and problem solve this is the place. Also everyone remember be kind because these people are absolutely kind and they deserve to be treated the same way.

Totally was supposed to post my review RIGHT AFTER I left the store but better late then never- LET ME BE SUPER CLEAR...we all know that going into a phone store we are gonna leave paying more than we expected, and usually sold on a few upgrades we really didn't need- so I appreciate the hustle and authenticity of the 2 workers there Jason and Matt (please tell me I'm right about Matt's name lol)) (he is the one getting a masters in cyber security) lolThe moment I walked in they greeted me and got to work right away on how they could best handle a broken phone and how to fit my budget...they reminded me of two brothers together joking, having fun and even trying to outdo each other in a fun and harmless way...I guess I can't explain it better then just saying overall there is nothing more satisfying and important then leaving a business in a better mood than when you walked in. People forget that a lot of the work is done by having to deal with outside sources and to be able to make you feel like you aren't just another person walking in and not get impatient when trying to find a solution to get all your personal picture and info from a broken phone to a new one, how to find a budget that works for you, how to consistently keep you engaged and not over do it, how to maintain an atmosphere of feeling like you've walked into a place with all friends and leaving with a pep in your step is NOT only hard, but impossible to find these days. I seriously feel and wish all business's had these two everywhere! Not sure if Tmobile rewards employees like this...but LET ME TELL YOU THEY DESERVE A RAISE 100%. I MISS the days when employees took their job serious. I hope this place treats them well, you def don't want to lose what they have to offer customers..it was refreshingly different and overall somethingI really appreciated. Hope this wasn't insanely overdone..but it's important to let people know that GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE STILL EXISTS.

After AT&T's worst Internet experience ever available to man, I kept seeing T-Mobile ads. I'm happy to brainwash me and Brandon me well enough to go into the store and buy wireless Internet, my home AT&T Internet speeds for 28 to 52 Mbps my T-Mobile is 358 to 410mbps I just want to thank Javier for straight up honest to the point to every question I had, 14 day free trial. I don't even know why you tried to sell me on that the most legit Internet, you won't be disappointed.

Went in for my T-Mobile Tuesdays free cooler. Elizabeth Keller, the store rep, told me it came with a free trial of the home Internet. I asked if I could waive my trial because I only wanted my cooler. She said, "No, it comes with it." I signed up with the intention of returning it after the trial. I called T-Mobile to confirm and was told that this was absolutely not true. Getting T-Mobile Tuesdays swag is not contingent on signing up for promotions or additional services. I was pretty disappointed to find out this representative did this.

Went in for upgrade.4 employees in the store. Only 1 employee working the front by himself and helping some people out said he will be right with me.Very cool. Other 3 were in the back peaking around the corner. One said they were off break but didn't acknowledge customers or help out coworker so I left and bought a phone on Ebay. Nice T-mobile! LOL
