Came in with an alignment issue, Jose helped me out, drove the car and was very honest and let me know that it’s nothing they can do. Instead of charging me he recommended me to Hi-tech right down the street. Just finished with them and they were great too. I've been using Moorpark Tires for years to repair my car. They have always been honest, fair, fast and efficient. So I brought her car in to ask their opinion. Sam the owner came right out, looked at it, banged his hand against the space under the glove box a couple of times and low and behold the AC popped right on AND was cold!!! He is a genious!!! And no charge for that, he just helped out. Love this place, they care and are fair. I highly recommend them. We will always bring our cars here! Thank you Moorpark Tires for being genuine in a market filled with people trying to take advantage of people who dont understand cars. You guys are the best!!”

“On my way to Las Vegas on 1.4.26, my car began making a horrible noise. I was in Hesperia and immediately got off the Bear Valley Rd. exit. Desperate to find a service garage that could help me, I came across Big Bear, entered the office and was greeted so warmly by the Manager and mechanic Josh and Jorge. The Manager was so understanding and said they will look at the car. They immediately put the car on the hoist, inspected my brakes, took the car for a drive to see if they could hear the noise(which they couldn't and I now know why) and through further inspection, noticed I had an oil leak. There was no one there who could do the job that day but knowing I was from out of town, they told me the car was drivable, but check the oil on my way back to Camarillo and top off if needed. I was never treated so well and the mechanics were so accommodating. I would recommend this location highly. Thank you guys.”
