Bank of America, Moraga CA is CLOSED and only has an ATM on the east side of building operational for now! If you want any in person service you have to go to Oakland or Lafayette.

Remind me again, is this not the Bank of AMERICA? How is it that they can be so grossly understaffed, incompetent, and so poorly trained?! it's embarrassing. Locations are closing left and right. The ones that are still in business have very limited hours because no one wants to work these days. Everyone has a, pardon my French, piss poor attitude. You can't get a live person if your life depended on it and when you finally DO get a live person, they are utterly useless. I can't access my safe deposit box because the branch is never consistently open. Notes posted on the door say to call xxx-xxxx or email yet no one responds. No wonder everyone is leaving them for Chase. Not sure if Chase is any better? This generation, be it Millenials or Gen Xers is totally screwed. All they know how to do is cancel people and take selfies. SMH!

Branch is only open Tuesday and Thursday, which I think is unacceptable. It would be better to have the branch open more days, even if shorter hours.

Never answer questions either online or on the phone. This bank simply does not care.

Went to bank today stuck in traffic due to road work. Got to bank at 1-2 minute before 1pm. Me and another customer were reaching for the door and We see a guy rushing to the door and locks the door. He says were closed. Told him we were stuck in traffic due to the road work on Moraga Way, he didn't care. I look at the clock on the outside of the building it says 2 minutes to 1pm. I get back in my car and the radio announces its 1pm. I guess the bank can't tell time. Been a customer for 20 years. No more soon as Chase opens across the street I'm moving my account.

I've gotten to this branch to make deposits for my son and never been impressed. Today I went in to see about opening a business checking account and was told that I needed to make an appointment and they would check availability. Excuse me! This is how you want to treat a new business customer or any customer at all? Like you're the elite and I need to come when allowed? Oh hell no. This is not where I would Put my money. I want to bank that will work for me not make me work for them. I'm already out there working and that's enough.

Went to this branch today and I swear I don't know what's up with the new branch manager Pang but she never there or she's avoiding customer's where is Nancy and how did she get this job? How does Bank of America run with only one teller doesn't make any since. Paul is the only one worth anything with this branch. Who's the hiring person cause man there sleeping on the job.

I have been a member at Bank of America for my entire life. Every time I have used this location, the employees have tried to convince me to deposit my cash into the ATM after I have expressed that I'm not comfortable with it. The first time I used this location an employee even made me "prove" that I bank with them because they didn't believe I was old enough to have my own account (I'm in my twenties, and look like I'm in my twenties). Today the employees were so insistent that I use the ATM, even after I explained that I didn't mind the wait and anyone that was in a rush could go in front of me, that I felt like for some reason they did not want me to be in there. Love Bank of America but I absolutely hate this location. In summary: Ambiance: very small bank, there has never been more than one teller when I've been in there so there's always a wait Service: the attitude of the staff made it apparent that they didn't really want customers in there and would prefer people use an ATM--if everyone was willing to use an ATM they wouldn't really need to be there. Rating: Worst Bank of America branch I have ever been in. If it wasn't in such a convenient location I would never go there again.

The off-site Medallion Guarantee team is a service nightmare. They emailed me that account numbers didn't match. When I got someone on the phone he confirmed that actually the account numbers do match. They said they'd forward the information to the processor and call me the next day. They didn't call. So I called back and was told I'd get a call the next day. They still didn't call me. So I called back and they still did nothing. Garbage service, and I will be considering switching to a new bank soon.

This branch customer service is horrible. Always has to wait even though there is no line. As might as well shut it down if they don't make customer happy. More employees than customers.

We were with Wells Fargo for years so I can compare B of A to WF. B of A has longer lines, tellers are slow, doesn't open till 10, tellers don't seem to know what they are doing, drive up is very inconvenient to access, ATM often will not accept check deposits.Just called the Moraga branch today to ask a simple question about one of my savings accounts. Was given a 1-800 number to call , put on hold, then disconnected. On hold now and will most likely be on hold for at least an hour..........Hate this bank.
