I recently had a very disappointing experience at a local gas station while trying to get my propane tanks refilled. Initially, I was the only customer there, yet it astonishingly took the attendant 5 whole minutes just to grab his gloves to start the refill process. But the situation took a turn for the worse when another customer walked in. At that point, the attendant completely abandoned me without any sort of explanation, leaving me hanging and waiting aimlessly.
After 10 minutes of being ignored and left in limbo, my patience wore thin, and I went to confront the attendant about the holdup. The response was shockingly indifferent; he simply brushed me off saying he was "with customers," as if I wasn't one myself. His lack of concern and blatant disregard for my time was astounding.
To add insult to injury, my propane tanks were never refilled, despite my waiting and attempts to communicate. This experience was not only a waste of my time but also highlighted a severe lack of customer service and professionalism at this gas station. It's disheartening when such basic customer needs are overlooked, and this incident has certainly deterred me from ever returning to this location for any service in the future.

At the station there is a button that says "help" when you press that button, a dispatcher will assist me,it is very convenient that there is someone to assist, many people do not need the kindness they give us, that is why I use that help button due to cramps and because of my arthritis.

Unfortunately their customer service hasn't improved since the older reviews below. I've been a regular customer for over four years. Went in today to fill a propane tank. They ran out of propane half way through the fill. I asked the attendant three times what was going on and he completely ignored me. Then as I approached to reclaim my tank he rudely told me I was getting in the way of him doing his job. The owner (or manager) came over and determined that their tank was empty. When I tried to explain how his employee had had been rude, he became defensive and told me not to come to his business any more. Unbelievable!

Nice little family run gas station that also has the cheapest prices in town. I grew up here and when I come back to visit years later they still remembered me like it was yesterday.

We use this station to fill up our cars a couple times a week. It's convenient. This morning my wife needed to add some air in one of her tires. The pressure was going down....not up. She called me to help. I was across the street at the gym so drove over. I found that the air was turned off. Mind you, the attendant was watching my wife deflate her tire and didn't even try to help. I go in there and tell him that his air pump was off. He barely looked up from his iPad to say, "yes, it's been off for days....". He said nothing more. I said, "...well...can you turn it on?". He slowly stops playing with his iPad and says in a minute. Very rude! I was buying ~ $250 of gas there per week there but will take my business elsewhere.
