They were incredibly helpful. I mean, they’re always great, but they helped me work out which box to use, and they were spot on! I like these simple pleasures, like friendly, helpful people.

The clerk I was interacting with was just another level of rude and condescending. They just don’t care about customer service here. Very disappointing.

I am assuming this was the owner or the manager of the store, but the older man who works there and seems in charge was very very rude to one his staff (a sweet older lady) the other day. He told her to be quiet and shush multiple times, very loudly and also in front of multiple customers, after she was just asking a question. I will not be coming back. Learn to treat people with kindness.

Great place to get a passport done. I’ve been canceled on by other bay area post offices but this one was super quick and easy.

Tim was super helpful and patient. The first guy I spoke to wearing a button up shirt (not in a uniform) wasn't so patient. Let Tim handle the guests.

Usually I had positive experiences at this post office until recent visit. During my visit, I encountered an employee who displayed a shocking level of rudeness and unprofessionalism. Not only was his tone disrespectful, but he also handled my package with complete disregard for its fragility, resulting in potential damage. This behavior is highly unacceptable and has left me deeply dissatisfied. I sincerely hope that steps will be taken to improve customer service and prevent similar incidents happen to other customers in the future.

Again, these guys rock! They are almost all very personable & without question will go the extra mile. I always leave happy that I've found such a nice post office to deal with!

Clerk acted like he couldn’t do split payment for passports didn’t even try to look into it so I had to teach him how to do his job

I highly recommend this store! Of all of the places I could go in Contra Costa County this is my go to store for sure. My preferred store is USPS Moraga. Customer service matters to me , and I get excellent service here. They are never put out or bothered by my multiple requests. Fast and efficient.They know their customers and are happy to help. I absolutely adore the staff. They sure go out of their way for me, and today I wanted to go out of my way to say thank you. The holidays are approaching. Lets support this business.The employees make this a 5 star place! My happy place!Thanks again.

I went here regarding my expedited passport. The person helping me had no idea what he was doing. I asked if he needed to include my itinerary and another very important form and he said no. I asked if I needed to pay any fees. Again I was told no. My situation was a hand carry. When I took my forms to Fedex I was redirected to the post offfice. My forms were supposed to be in a government sealed envelope along with the forms I inquired about. Pierre had no idea what I was talking about. There are fees for this.
Thank goodness the manager was there and knew what to do and helped us. Before that she said that "he" knows what he's doing. Not!!!! He had not stamped or signed the application on the first meeting. I had to take an oath then. Didn't happen originally.
Pierre should not help anybody with a passport. He was not trained properly. Do not go here for something this important.

I want to support the uspo but this place was so rude and so unhelpful. I had to leave. The man behind the counter was awful.
