I would never recommend this store. The driver stated he came to my home to drop off my merchadise for rent, and claimed he left a slip on mu door. That is false!!! I have two gates to enter that is kept locked to even get to my door.

I have had nothing but positive experiences with this Aaron's. I currently have two items from Aaron's in my home and they are beautiful, top-quality pieces. The selection is huge, especially if you shop online. I use the website to shop, but I still appreciate the personalized service from the store personnel. The payment plans make owning nice things for a home accessible for anyone, but if you can pay within 90 days, the total price is comparable to other popular home stores.

This store specific location is very ni professional to me. They don’t greet when you walk in the store. Also they treat you as if your trying to scam them. I’m sure they get a lot of that.However everyone is different name you should treat people with respect.!I had a situation I would not say it. But the manger is very unprofessional and so is one of the older associates. They are rude and lazy . & They think that’s the store is really is really theirs and it’s not .‘location need to be closed down. Obviously they make anyone manger these days .?

I recently left a review for my experience and am happy to say my problem was resolved. Jessica the store manager was extremely helpful and all the ladies at the Alessandro store for that matter. My Family and I are now happy with are renting and will definitely be back if we need any more service. Thank you.

I emailed my issue to the company over a month ago and still have not received a response. I’ve spoke to “ my store nearest me” and that’s all they offer for customer support. My Family and I are paying for a game system we can’t even use because they delivered us faulty product that we’re accused of breaking. I only had my product for a week and explained to the store if they can just fix I will still pay for it. They tell me if they find that we were the ones to break not only won’t we have it, we’ll still pay for it. It’s been a two weeks now and no word, iam beginning to think they’re going to bring me more bad news. Long story short if you can’t afford it Don’t Rent IT.

Went in with my daughter, right off the bat older white woman working there gave us a nasty glare. Was looking around when I asked how much for delivery on living room set with a nasty expression asked if I had my drivers license?! Then went to say I needed to log in to computer?! For what!? She's the employee and had no professionalism staring me down. Walked out, I was ready to purchase, but lack of professionalism definitely are me go elsewhere. Do not shop here.

I am a teacher who teaches entrepreneurship and I have family coming in for the holidays. A friend suggested that I rent bunk beds for the munchkins... so I walked in today into the Victorville store to order the beds only to meet poor customer service. there is nothing worse than a manager with poor customer service #dobetteraarons Went to Rent a Center in Hesperia, and the employees where so helpful. They called around to try to find the bunks for the girls ... #gotorentacenterinstead #kindnessmatters

I came into this location today just to look around and was greeted by a young lady who was very polite and helpful. Although I did not make a purchase today I most definitely will return. The store was very clean and the customer service was outstanding. I believe the ladies name was Angel I could be wrong however I will be returning.

Went in for a washer, dryer, and a refridgerator. The woman on staff was too busy on her computer talking to someone to assist. When presented with a question, she tells the individual on the phone "hang on, I'm going to take you off speaker, but don't hang up." I suppose I'll either take my business online, to another store, or an entirely different company. Having worked retail as long as I have, I don't know how this place keeps their doors open. Perhaps they have better, more competent staff at other points in the day.
