Customer service was great both in person and over the phone. I was able to purchase pediatric crutches and leave within 5 minutes.

Excellent customer service. Professional, courteous and knowledgeable about our medical needs. A compression wrist brace was order and as soon as it arrived I received a call to pick it up. We will continue to use them. They're excellent!

We recently had a family medical issue that required me to be a caretaker. We needed supplies for wound care....special gauze bandages for drainage tubes, surgical tape, etc. I can't say enough about this place. They always greeted us with a smile and were so helpful in attaining our requests. This is a great store. if you need medical equipment or supplies give them a try!!

I took a walker in for repair because the brakes weren't working properly and my mom said the cable was digging into her hands and then she fell because the brakes failed. It was represented as being done and the tech said it would be "like new" - but it really wasn't. I felt like the price was high for repair, but they promised to give a discount, so I agreed to the repair. And they had promised to stay open so I could bring it in and complete the repair while I waited instead of giving me a loaner. I was dismayed because Drive walkers allegedly have a lifetime warranty. She told me that was only for the frame. They only repaired one side saying that the other side didn't need it. She showed me some other walkers she had in stock, but they didn't suit my mother's needs and some were outrageously expensive. Later that evening, I discovered that some screws were left loose, and the side that was not repaired, the cable came out some more when I set the brakes. The wires are pretty sharp and it hurt to have the cable dig into my fingers. I telephoned the next morning and shared the above with the woman I had just spoken to. She accused me of making "crazy allegations" and refused to complete the repairs. So as far as I'm concerned, I really gave the business a chance to rectify the situation. She was extremely argumentative and went on and on about how I looked at the walker and didn't have a problem with it then. To be fair, I really don't know much about walker repair and it worked at the time. I worried brake cable seemed like it could come out, and then upon use, did that same day. Not only that, the tech broke the handle while doing the repair. I just wanted to help my mom! I'm attaching photos. In any case, I can't recommend this place.

I am so glad to have found this store open up so locally in Moreno Valley! Freshta is your go to, she is knowledgeable and helpful with any DME questions. You can't beat the competitive prices and customer service.
