Place to go to get specialty items such as specific washer, bolts and nuts. Glass shop in back is special order and needs. Everything you can find at Lowe's/ Home Depot and more. If you house is older, you will find the parts you need here!

I went to Ace on Wood and Van Buren Mr. BILL the key makes is rudeeeeeee and tried to charge my senior Dad all this money for nothing. My Dad told Bill what he wanted Bill tried to tell my Dad what he needs It wasn't what he needed . Nooooo he knows what he wants. Went to Ace on sunnymead called in SCOTT took good care of him. Give my Dad exactly what he wanted. Way cheaperrrrr. Over charging senior customers and he's a senior. Bill have horrible customer service

Really liked the customer service here. An older gentleman assisted me. He was awesome, and I actually feel bad because he went above and beyond for me, and we had a great conversation, but I forgot his name. He helped me right away. What i needed was on the complete other side/building and he took me over there, showed me around, again great customer service and conversation. He even sold me on a BBQ. Just waiting for it to come in. Old school feel here and real customer service. People that are patient and want to help. You dont see that anywhere anymore. We need more of this!
