Alessandro Auto Spa Inc. is highly regarded as the top car wash in Moreno Valley, known for making vehicles look brand new. Customers appreciate the friendly and polite team of employees who do a great job with every wash and detail. Many clients have been loyal for years, trusting the business to keep their cars in excellent condition. The services include thorough washes and detailed cleaning, with some customers noting that the detailing after the wash is well worth the wait, despite occasional longer wait times due to the busy location. Prices are considered great, and package deals are popular among customers. The business offers different options, including super washes and services for larger vehicles like SUVs and Teslas. One customer commended the team’s ability to remove pet fur after a cross-country trip, highlighting the quality of the cleaning. However, some customers have experienced issues such as hazy windows after leaving, and a reminder is given to employees to use clean towels when cleaning windows to prevent this problem. Overall, Alessandro Auto Spa Inc. is praised for its quality, affordability, and customer satisfaction.

Pulled in for a hand wash. Prize was not listed on banners for a %100 hand wash. Overall, pretty clean job.

I’ve taken my cars here many times and have always had a good experience. The work is reliable, with no issues, accidents, or thefts. While the waiting area and restroom could be improved, the car wash service has been consistently good.
