Very poor service, I called this business to price and find a storage to fit 35 boxes , I called first to make sure I’m not calling the call center, so I ask the female she confirmed I’m at the location on Sunnymead , across from superior grocery store, didn’t give any more detail on trying to offer me any business, so before I arrive I went to 2 other storage location checking on price and size of unit, before I arrived hear, I walked in No front desk person , so waited for less then 10 minutes, so I started to walk away then I noticed a ring the bell , I pushed the lady said how can I help you , I said I’m need a storage, she hold on talking from the top of the stairs with kids, standing behind the black screen door, smh she finally came down. I asked her about the prices of the storage. I’m looking for a 10 x 10 she said all the prices are on the Internet. I looked on the Internet still no thing she turned it back towards me started to take care of her kid that was right there on the chair look like she was giving a kid a bath, during that time she another gentleman came, which I noticed him he was at the other U-Haul location before me arriving to the Sunny main location weirdo but anyway it’s like whatever and then as I was leaving, and there was another guy coming in I don’t know if he’s related to the lady in there, but he came in with some type of like a panic rush or something I don’t know but the whole situation or the experience was really strange you know I don’t know. I’m just leaving a review because it’s Justin. Sit well with me. Just don’t go to the place anymore cause she has no Customer Service skills at all. She don’t know how to do it over the phone she don’t know how to answer it when somebody get there and then when you finally make contact with the lady, she don’t even explain anything to you. You don’t know me. I don’t know, but I’m glad I didn’t do business with them. I just went to another replicable company with the lower price and size I wanted not the lower price but the size that I was happy with that.

This is my first time ever having a storage unit, before coming here I was very skeptical about having storage anywhere else outside my home, but this place has made me feel as if it was my home, tge staff here are all friendly, they don't bother you if you're doing what youre supposed to be doing, I come everyday to check up on my things and leave no more than 30 mins, the staff smile and you go on about your day, only down fall is no light inside the smaller units, but then again the day light is more than enough, I took the time to purchase those string lights and with a battery pack I have light in my unit. Definitely recommend this place if in search of a storage unit. It's clean, and very roomy when it comes to driving through

Well I would have given more stars had I not just recently discovered the fact that mice, no too big to be mice so rats have been all over my unit. Pooping/peeing on everything. No major damage that I can tell as of yet but most of my stuff is in binsand my few pieces of furniture are heavily shrink wrapped. I have one of the largest units though on the outside not inside within one of the buildings. .The staff though was on it immediately called there pest control company so I could let them set traps inside my unit.. I have to go back every couple of days though to empty and reset traps. Eeew, 3 caught so far. In 5 traps set 2 times.pffft

This self storage location has competitive rates and offers many unit options. They have an office with plenty of parking options should you want to go into the office to review unit availability / options or pay for your unit in person instead of the online portal. You have to follow a small narrow entrance that is hidden between a car auto shop entrance and a small local plaza, but they do have a sign that's visible only from the main street. They offer a secure lot with gates and barbed wire perimeter, as well as drive up and indoor units that vary in price. I would highly reccomend and can confirm units have been generally safe throughout my last 3 year usage. BE SURE TO ASK ABOUT ENTRY / EXIT TIMES to avoid getting stuck inside, while loading or unloading as time tends to fly when you're busy.

Needed a storage so I went to check this place out. Valerie was very helpful at answering all my questions. I had a nice experience setting everything up and in a matter of a few minutes I had my storage ready with access code and everything. The place seems safe and clean.

I Rate All Size Self Storage a 5 start rating I been assisted by 4 different persons at the office and it seems like if it was the same person helping me they all are in the same page of the book very well maintained clean place .

DO NOT KEEP ANYTHING IMPORTANT INSIDE THIS PLACEThey have a major flaw with EVERY single smaller unit that is inside the building, not the larger roll-up door units. They attach the latches with flimsy nuts and bolts that can easily be pried apart! A lock will do nothing to secure the door when you can pull the latches the lock is secured to right out the sheet metal walls! Not secure at all. I had my unit broken into and stuff was stolen and after filing a police report I was able to see the security camera footage. The thief walked right out of the place with all my belongings without even using the code for the gate!The owner claims that the fire marshal requires the smaller door entrance (not the large gate) to be unlock 24/7 so anyone can walk inside/outside the place in the middle of the night after hours. Not only that but the security cameras they use are really outdated and black and white footage! If you think the security cameras you see all over the property are useful then think again!!Seriously bad flaws with this business that ultimately led to my belongings being stolenDO NOT KEEP ANYTHING IMPORTANT INSIDE THIS PLACE

The late fee thing and lien and pre lien charges weren't and aren't described in the bill that is sent out and it can really mess someone's day up when on your bill states a certain amount and when you get there all of a sudden there's an extra charge that is not listed in your statement you received in the mail they list every charge and date on the statement and states the amount due why don't they give you the date of the extra charge so you know to bring an extra 20 $or 50 $ ect because the statement in the mail box you receive is just stating what is due on the day they suppose to have the bill in the customers hands and not explaining the fee you have to pay when you get there so I guess that fee would be called the late lunch fee so might want to be aware before you go there with the right amount of money basically at this time the bill you receive is not very accurate and is not properly explaining the the details it will just say, you may or may not be charged at any given time after the date that they assumed you should have received it . Nothing gets delivered on time any more ever since the COVID pandemic.So heads up so you don't get caught going to the bank to get more cash because it's not the same of what's listed on you total due now accurately . Over all it's bug free pest free and nothing else there is free lol! However you can go in to the office and grab a few candies from their candy dish but that's even hard now because of the sneeze shield you can barely get you hands in there .Oh and they are pretty good with securing the storage units so you know I had used them solely and only for my storage belongings .
