I recently visited the arco late at night and I purchased gas and the cashier I believe his name is Miguel he gave me the wrong change and was very disrespectful and I told him it's ok you no it's a late night I don't how your day went but I'm jus simply telling you that you made a mistake and gave me the wrong change so I went to pump my gas then I realized I needed air in my tire so I went back in and asked him could he turn the air on and he said yes and I went to the air and waited and waited and he never turned the air on then he went on break ,I definitely won't spending my money here anymore and employees like him shouldn't be working there.!

I just had the worst customer service by patrisha.from the beginning with attitude..Then she snatched money out of my hands because she said she over paid by one dollar..I was gonna recount the money as all this was happening..manager is wrong by looking the other way..04/07/2025 between 1030 & 1050 this happen..Check video and call me a liar

Went driving all around town looking for a place to cash my lotto ticket and came upon AMPM they were the first and only place that actually was able to cash my winning ticket love the friendliness and open willingness to help

Older tiny chubby lady has an attitude. Came in to redeem a breakfast sandwich from rewards and get Monsters, she apparently scanned in the wrong order and charged me for sandwich. After I asked her why I got charged for sandwich she said Items were scanned in incorrect order as if I scanned them. She always has an attitude so I avoid dealing with her.

Do not use this gas station air/water machine. It takes coins and credit card but the machine did not work. The cashier refuses to refund the money. Just waisted $4

Not usually one to leave reviews especially for a gas station but today something really bothered me. As I was in line a man maybe mid to late 40s and a teenage boy were in front of me. Cashier asked what she could help them with , pretty normal ok but then the man turns to the kid and asked ,IN FRONT OF THE CASHIER, what kind of swisher do you want? This kid is obviously well under age and the transaction should have stopped right there. But no, this lady sells it to them. I made a comment to her about it and she shrugged like she didn't care. I have a teenage daughter and this really pissed me off. She obviously doesn't care about her job. Reported to corporate.

So there is an overnight gentleman (white middle aged tall) who is probably the worst and rudest person I've encountered. 1. Came in @6am for gas and batteries and the man in front of me was asking for him to open the beer door and he replied I dont have the key the next person who comes has it, and the guy knew he was full of b.s. but left since he couldnt get it. And when I asked him to open the glass shelf for bateries he said he doesmt have the key and I said do you have the key for me to get gas and he rudely tells me to leave the store and couldn't evem get gas. 2. A few days later I came in at 12am and he put up the sign he was in the restroom so when I came back an hour later (I live across the street) he still had the restroom sign up but was just sitting on his phone and would not open the door even with ppl waiting outside. Maybe my jimmies are rustled but this guy is just plain lazy and disrespectful to customers, when i brought this up to other employees here they all agreed and said he gets complaints and gets told many times he just cant put up a handwritten sign for hours on end @night just so he doesn't have to have customers enter.

My boyfriend had just walked in to put gas gave the cashier $38. The cashier acted stupid and said $28 my boyfriend told him no $38. When he went to pump the cashier did it only for $28 and my boyfriend walks in tells him I told you $38 he said you gave me $28 other witnesses were in there said cashier did not even count the cash and shoved it in the drawer. Me the girlfriend worked for that money today on Memorial Day so I can put gas in my car and the fact that the cashier basically robbed us is b******** I am one to never leave a review but gas isn't cheap and for some one to take money like that with out counting is not right. So people be aware of these cashiers.
