Today's experience was the best! I recommend this store and give it a 10 due to the energy, environment, friendliness, location, cleanliness, but most importantly Omar's customer service skills. He was kind, knowledgeable actively listened, and was extremely patient which are all qualities every store should have. Omar along with Raquel are two valuable assets and amazing individuals to your company and location. I will continue to come to this store and recommend it over and over. Thank you both, I left a happy and satisfied customer.

I really recommend Raquel. She helped me when I traded in my iPhone 13. She was super patient. I have a toddler so not everyone is super patient or friendly when I bring in a toddler. She was super professional and friendly as well. I was there quite a while and felt bad but, she didn't mind at all. I really appreciated it. I definitely recommend her and this location.

I went in to get a Hotspot with firstnet the rep told me I need a business acc that was the only way I could get the service. I'm an employee and my friend is a manager with AT&T... this is not the policy... this is a complete violation of COBC...

Great customer service! Employees are very helpful and friendly have never experienced anything like it. Loved the vibe. The store was super clean! I really enjoyed my experience there. That’s going to be the only AT&T store I go to aslong as the same employees are there and/or the experience and vibe remains the same. Keep it up!

Though these two employees at this store will no longer be there as they are being moved to an ATT store off of Iris, these two employees were extremely helpful in getting us set up for ATT service. they help us with inserting the new sims card. We told them if we need to visit Att store again, it will be the one they were being moved too. ATT have really excellent employess as far as my wife and i are concerned

Went in on Saturday & there was 3 other parties waiting. Kobe handled the crowd with grace in a friendly & professional manner. I purchased an iPhone 13 and will be back because of the excellent customer service by Kobe.

Visited the store because I had questions, wanted to activate a new line. Dimitri was great! Excellent customer service and great positive attitude. He not only helped us with what we came in for, but he also helped lower our monthly bill. Had come to this store in the past and had bad experiences. Glad they cleaned it up and placed a person in charge that cares about his job. Good job Dimitri and AT&T!

My experience with Aimee at AT&T this evening was very great. I enjoyed out working with Aimee. She transferred the information over from my S7 phone to my S9 phone and she stayed late to help me and I really appreciate it. It is just so hard to find good people like Aimee that is so considerate and take out the time with a little old lady like Billy.I really enjoyed it and in if you could please give her a raise and just glorify her would her goodness. The Lord is so good that he does have good people in the world like this. I really appreciate it AT&T thank you for your services again this is Billie Scott Apollon.

we were given the wrong phone multiple times and had to return them until we received the proper iPhone 12 Pro Max. The first phone we received in Sept. when signing up with AT&T, was the iPhone 11 Pro Max. We were sold it under the premise that it was 5G capable -- or at least that is what the rep told us. We later found out that the phone was not 5G capable via Apple's iPhone 12 announcement. We returned that phone on Oct. 29 and received the taxes back after having to fight with management to take the phone back since we were sold it under false pretenses and would have waited to sign up with AT&T and switch phones had we been told the right information. For some reason, AT&T's Opus system indicates that we still have the returned iPhone 11 Pro Max, and is trying to charge us for it. We have spoken to multiple loyalty reps on AT&T's side but they have ultimately said we need to talk to the store itself as they have no power. I'm sorry, but some of the staff at this store have already lied to us before, so I am writing this review hoping that we can get something solved. I am trying to get answers as to why that authorized retailer did not enter the phone in question into their system even though we returned it and were refunded the tax we paid on it on Oct. 29. We were told we would receive email confirmation but never received it, and even after returning the phone, this store sent us several wrong phones, so keeping track of this store's errors has been a little daunting. We need this resolved, and I hope it can be done in a timely manner as we now have to go back into the store this week to try and escalate and track down a phone WE are NOT in possession of and returned to this store on Oct. 29.
