Thos place has dishonest employees. I took a starter in to have it checked. The guy took it behind the wall and said he was testing it. Came back and said the starter was bad and said that I need to buy a new one.
I bought a new one and installed it. Still didn't work. Ended up being a solenoid. They have done this quite a few times now, always say that something expensive is bad and needs to be replaced.
They rarely answer thr phone and when they do, they put you on hold and never come back.
There are a few other places to go that are right across the street. The other places will get my business from now on.

Employees are lazy, I was in the line and waiting long time , one of the Employee was free to attend me, he went to do a phone texting or something out of his duties, i left all items a went to other autoparts. Attend this , costumers is first .

I went to the store to check if my car needed a new battery. I first came in and was greeted by Jacob. I told him my battery situation. He quickly grabbed a battery tester. He answered all of my questions. I was satisfied with his approach on customer service. I never do reviews, but i couldn't leave the opportunity to give jacob his flowers. His service was unmatched and i would definitely recommend this auto zone to anyone. Just ask for jacob if you want customer service satisfaction.

I went to this location after being on the one at Perris and Sunnymead the new big location where the was no store manager to be found i did wait for 2 hours and no luck..the counter managers where there but with no experience at all it was only as much they want and can do...3 o 4 customers online and only one cashier available and many other employees walking by and not help at all..THIS LOCATION small but very well managed got in ask for the store manager and right away was call and Mr RICO show up..tell him about my 4 days dealing with the new location and how they just keep making mistake in the car part I need, how frustrating i felt and overall the time that i being wasting every time they make a mistake.
It took Mr RICO .. 7 min. to get me the right part.. witch by the way it was IN the store (available) and no need to be place in online order and pay for shipment like they did on the other location paying and not getting the part..paying and getting the wrong part... I was sooooo mad...
Thank you JOSE RICO...store managers like you with that experience on handling mad and frustrating customers , wide knowledge of car parts and you savvy customer satisfaction.. should be running the new location.

They got my part wrong and when I went to return it the manager whom was the person who sold me the wrong break pads tell me she can't return them because she already closed all her cash registers so I wound have to come ba k tomorrow to return the wrong break pads she sold me and she was very unprofessional and was not wanting to help me exchange for the right part that's needed because she closed all the cash registers knowing I was there because she was closing them out as she was looking at me. I will never come to this autozone ever again she sold me breakpads for a Honda civic si when I have a civic LX and she had the guts to tell me that LX and si doesn't matter because it's all the same part which she was wrong cauae the part she sold me was si as you can see in photo and I have a civic LX

These guys have a kart on the front with used oil and batteries and then I came and left my used oil and the employee just told me that I can’t not leave the oil there that I have to take it to a different autozone but with bad language so I just left the oil there and I left then he came outside the store and flip me off then went back in to the store it was a very young employe that kind of people need a different job because he doesn’t have customer service experience these happened march 9 2024 between 4:45 4:50pm just in case the person incharge of the store want to check cameras …. I been a customer there for years first time these happen to me

Took my battery to be charged a slow 2 hour charge came back and the young man went home and never hooked up the machine so I had to wait even longer
