I haven't stepped foot into BoA for awhile. But their drive thru atm machine was working when I went this morning. I love no lines at 8am in the morning.

This is the worst bank and I usually deal with it but they take the cake on this one. I was with my wife making a large deposit and no one said anything afterward she need change and the teller made her get in the line right next to her. Behold the branch manager came over to me and said can I give her (my wife) space to do her transaction? I told her we are together and she asked my wife and she said Ya! Next day the bank had 1 teller open with 5 other employees in the bank. No wonder B of A is rated the worst bank to bank with! I closing my account and I suggest to same for you all. They action for years shows THEY DO NOT CARE!

Wanted to open an account and I was told by the manager to wait on a chair , ended up not being attended and i almost missed my work appointment. Maybe you need more staff.

Visit after visit over the years, I've finally closed all my accounts at Bank of America and took my business to Chase! This branch is always short staffed, and the only 1 (or 2 at most) employee is almost always slow, inefficient, and often with attitude and unhelpful. They don't even wear name tags! Maybe so that they don't get complaints naming the specific employee. This branch manager must have zero ability to hire and train. So after switching to Chase, I found out that Chase has lower minimum balance requirements, lower fees if at all, and friendlier and far more efficient employees EVERYTIME I go! Wish I had switched YEARS EARLIER! Bank of America corporate should just close this location already and let go all the useless employees! Honestly, when business colleagues and neighbors talk about it feeling the same way I do, it really is time for them to really take a hard look at their local management personnel and their branch employees for the sake of their operations and company reputation!

Came in today at 3:30 pm, there was only one teller at the counter. She didn't greet me and when I was leaving, I thanked her and she still didn't say anything. Wow lady, is that a reason why you don't have a name tag on you. I came in withdraw money from my account, not your money or your grandmother money. And if you don't like your job, QUIT!

I suggest people should just close their accounts at BOA. Seems like every time I come here it’s closed!?!? Yes I do go on the posted times open for business.. but sign says sorry temporarily closed. No time when they decide to open no way of getting my transaction done because I do not bank there. I simply need to deposit into someone else’s account. Cant do that online. For that amount. Today is Monday 2:00 pm. Sign says open for business Monday’s through Fridays 10:00 am to 4:00 pm. Guess they forgot it’s Monday.

"Sorely miss-managed" While the staff is polite, this location is sorely miss-managed. I spent 90 minutes at the bank yesterday. When I got in line, there were 8 people ahead of me. When I left, there were 11 people in line. If someone needs to do a lot of business with the bank teller, you are out of luck because you will be stuck waiting. The manager said they only run one bank teller at one time. Nothing says your time doesn't matter like a consistently long line. If you look at the other reviews and photos for this location - the message is clear: long lines and this branch doesn't care. For me, the worst part about this is that the problem is obvious and the branch can't be bothered to fix it.
