Came to buy a good amount of beverages, however, when I asked for the restroom code the employees stated that the restroom were out for maintenance. It seems like every time I come it’s out of order. It would be nice to be able to use the restroom when wasting 100 of dollars of product in store. The employees were rude to top it off. If the store needs a plumber I can recommend a few since this been an issues for months now.

I asked if they had Ole smokey Tennessee cookies and cream and he pointed me to Jack Daniel's so I had to google search the image to show him and he said they don't carry those. He was pretty rude , if you don't like your job find another and don't take it out in the customers ? I wonder who pissed in your cheerios

I would not shop here. I mean I certainly won’t anymore. Every time I go there the restrooms are closed and they won’t open them for you even though you are a paying customer. One of the sales people said it was due to homeless but ulta is right next door and always has theirs open. It is at the very least the stupidest thing I ever heard of and honestly I won’t spend my hard earned money at a place that makes me feel like I am not worthy of using their toilets. Ridiculous

Bad customer service i will never go to this store in Moreno Valley especially the young man and the girl,they are so rude ,no help ,no answer, please replace those guys Jan 9 time 9 pm thank u.
