I took my daughter shopping for her birthday Dec 1st and decided to take her to Moreno Valley Mall. She went into this store and fell in love with this Rapunzil Jacket. They had so many different character items, so cute!...but pricey. I haven't seen another like it. The girl that helped us was just the sweetest! She did her job very well. She was tiny, dark brown hair gal and I really appreciate her excellant customer service.

A great store for niche gifts! My sister is a Hello Kitty Collector, my nephew loves Disney and Star Wars, and we have friends that are into anime! This store carries all these things and more and they have great unique collectibles, clothing, souvenirs and niche tchotchkes! It is kind of like a PG version of Spencers Gifts. They also carry many items exclusive to their store.

As a frequent shopper at boxlunch that spends hundreds of dollars a year while redeeming and taking advantage of boxlunch money, I never had a bad experience from a boxlunch untill today. This store has been a great place and past employees working here never gave me an issue, however my visit today was disappointing to say the least. I came in with a friend to buy some merch and my subtotal came up to under $45. We had $15 coupon on the account making the subtotal $28 which I asked the girl Johanna if we would still be able to redeem our boxlunch money. She said it was okay which she finished the transaction just to tell us that she realized the subtotal was under $30 and she can't give us a boxlunch money. We told her if we can buy an extra pin to see if we can redeem it and she said she'd have to refund the whole transaction and re-do it (I never had this issue at any other boxlunch and other reps would've gave us the boxlunch money for the inconvenience but she wouldn't) so her manager Renee came over and told us we would have to re-buy everything with the extra pin. As we waited she realized we used $15 coupon for our for the transaction and had the audacity to scam us out by telling us we wouldn't be able to redo the order for the same price since we "lost" our $15 coupon and we'd need pay the $44. I argued with her telling her how upsetting that is to make us pay that when it isn't out fault when your associate Johanna told us we can redeem it but now you can't guys don't want to honor anything for us. She had a long pause before she "gave in" to price match the last receipt for us. The end of all of this the subtotal was STILL $28 and she gave us the boxlunch money still which makes the refund a waste and the whole "we can't do that" a lie. I hope Boxlunch trains their employees better to be better at customer service and don't lie to customers twice for something that could've been prevented by honoring the boxlunch money from the beginning. Do better

Every time I go in this store I am assisted by Fred Fred is kind and knowledgeable. He knows all of the deals, details about the stock, and so helpful! I wanted to buy just because of Fred and would come Back to Support.

So I stopped by Moreno Valley mall on Friday and was surprised to see BoxLunch doing a soft opening that day! I had to walk in and check it out for sure and the store seemed bigger than other BoxLunches I've been to for sure. All the employees had good energy and they were friendly on the floor even though some of them seemed new. They also had great selection of Funko Pops since they completely stocked their shelves. The store also had good selection of clothes and backpacks as well. It was an enjoyable experience on the soft opening day for sure and pretty chill for a store that just opened. Grand opening day was pretty crazy and it was much busier than the soft opening especially with a DJ playing music and doing trivia. Will definitely be back to this BoxLunch for more shopping in the future!
