The process was quick and easy. I had prepaid for the vehicle online, so when I showed up I just needed to give them my ID and CC. Once I signed over the documents and was told what I signing I was given the keys. They have signs posted as a reminder to return the car with a full tank of gas, maintain the car clean, etc. When we dropped off the car, they had someone go look at the car and once they called the representative that was helping me, I was given my receipt and a reminder that my deposit will be returned. Overall, satisfied and will definitely return.

Best prices!!! Everything else I searched up for was super expensive. I don't have a car right now and they definitely offered great deals!!! The day I had to return car I was running a bit late. I called them and they worked with me!!! I was so relieved I got to return the car the same day. Thanks guys!!! Definitely will be my preferred place to rent another!! You'll be hearing from me soon!!!

WORST RENTAL COMPANYI rezerved a car for 2 weeks and prepaid for it. I did not need it anymore and when I asked to be canceled they told me i have to pay $150 cancellation fee. What is this crap. Pay $150 for sometjing I do not need? Also i cannot bring the car earlier amd if I do I will not get a refund for the remaining balance that I have. So you will charge for the full lenght of time, bring you the car back so you can rezerve it and get paid twice on the car? This is fraud and double dipping. Lets not talk about the 3 customer service reps that I talked to, rude and uncaring. This is the first and last time I use Avis for my rentals. I will make sure to tell my family and friends to never rent from Avis and I will also post it on social media how bad your company is and your policies. YOU CANNOT TAKE THE CAR TO ANOTHER LOCATION EITHER AS THEY WILL CHARGE YOU ANOTHER $300. What a joke of a company. Y do not care about the customer, you only care about the money. SHAME on YOU AVIS

My sister ALWAYS rent from them when she visits from out of town, it's no hassle, local so we don't have to drive her far to pick up or drop off the rental, it's fast and very courteous staff and owner, we've been a customer for years now!!!

Not a good experience. Vehicle was only minimally cleaned (see pictures) and after I extended my reservation by one day, my rate went up for the entire four days by $12 a day! Then when I returned the vehicle with a full tank of gas, (and exactly where it was when I got in the vehicle), I was told that it wasn't full enough (see pictures) so I had to go out ONE GALLON (that's all it would take) in the vehicle to avoid some more charges. The customer service representative's comment to me was "Well you should have called us and told us it wasn't all the way full when you got in the vehicle." - Well, as you can see in the pictures, it was so close to full that it wasn't worth another phone call. I was really annoyed that I had to go waste 30 minutes of my time adding one gallon of gas so they didn't charge me $9.99 a gallon when the tank was full. This is why I took pictures too before I left with the vehicle. Not going back there again. Also, after seeing the unprofessional response from the company in the reviews below, I really won't be renting from them again. Enterprise may be a little pricier but they are always professional.

I want to write this review for Matt . Great service and went above and beyond to help us. I usually hate to deal with rentals but Matt made it a walk in the park. I recommend him. I will definitely go back!

Extremely rude and disrespectful. Will never recommend this location. So much in fact that after arriving at this location and talking to them, getting bad mouthed by them, I canceled my reservation. Do not recommend.

The owner's daughter, Rachel, smokes in their vehicles.. then rents them out to you. They also charge extra when you bring the car back smelling like smoke. And no, they do not clean the insides of their vehicles, because they want to charge you for it when you bring it back. This business should be shut down, they have the worst employees, management, and they are money hungry with primitive technology. Please save your time and money and rent anywhere else.
