“I visited on March 9th and a young employee named Jaiden helped me out. She is always looking out for me and making sure I get the help I need. I’m disabled and can’t walk, and she always checks on how I’m doing and goes out of her way to make sure my family and I are well taken care of. If she happens to be outside grabbing carts and sees me arriving, she even makes it a point to bring me a motorized scooter even without me asking . That kind of thoughtfulness really means a lot to me. Even when other cashiers don’t always greet my family and me, Jaiden always makes sure to welcome us. She greets us with a smile every time we come in and always starts great conversations that make us feel comfortable and appreciated. It’s not just with my family either. I’ve seen the way she interacts with other customers, and she’s always super helpful and willing to go beyond her job to help people. One time I even saw her pay for a young family’s groceries after their card was declined. That really showed how kind and caring she is. She’s such a sweet person, and we always look forward to seeing her when we come in. Employees like Jaiden truly make a difference and deserve recognition for the amazing job they do.
