Caliber Collision was the worst experience I’ve had with an auto body shop. I took in my 2022 Lexus IS 350, which I bought brand new, based on a strong recommendation from my insurance company. Unfortunately, the repair job was terrible.
They used an aftermarket bumper, and just two weeks later, it started falling off. When I went back to have the issue addressed, they completely denied any responsibility and told me I’d have to file a new claim if I wanted it fixed—despite it clearly being a result of their poor workmanship.
This kind of service is unacceptable, especially from a shop that insurance companies trust. I would not recommend Caliber Collision to anyone

There is nothing fun about needing car repairs after an accident but Caliber made the process easy and stress free. I received constant updates and the final work was amazing! My car looks brand new again!

I cannot recommend Caliber enough! The process was so seamless from start to finish. They easily worked with the insurance company to handle repairs, and kept me updated and well informed. They were courteous and professional and the repairs done were exceptional.

I only brought my car in for a estimate. Estimate was good so I'm going to have my car repaired there. I've been with this company for many years. Never have I had any regrets. Service is always friendly. And they do a very good job in fixing my car and never give it back to me until it's fixed the right way. I give them five stars because they earn it.
