Since there was already tile down, I was getting astronomical bids to remove the tile. Alex was the only person to fixate less on the removal of the tile and more on what we wanted in look and flow for our replacement tile. He helped us select a wood-look tile we liked and even suggested selecting a grout color that more closely matched the mid-tones of the color scheme to make the grout appear invisible. To top it off, his bid for the entire job was lower than any other by a considerable margin. I was so impressed with the quality of his work that I've had Riverside flooring install waterproof LVP in my cabin, replace the carpet in my rental properties, and recommend him to many of my clients all of whom were impressed with his price and speed of install.
