I went into this Chase Branch where employee DeAndre Marks works and Jorge Buenrosteo is the manager. I didn't know Deandrea is an employee due to how he is dressed, jeans, faded gray polo type t shirt and dirty shoes. I usually see corporate dress in the banks, none the less, Deandrea asked if I needed help, I said yes. Deandrea was very rude and condescending from the start therefore I felt it better not to engage this individual any further. I go to stand in line to complete my business, Deandrea is listening to the conversation I am having with my husband relating to DeAndre's extremely disrespectful tone and approach. As my husband and I are in line DeAndre comes over to me in an attempt to intimidate and threaten me, my husband steps in between the two of us as DeAndre continued to try to physically fight me in the bank lobby as the manager is watching behind the tellers glass window The manager Jorge Buenrosteo does not intervene, doesn't ask the aggressive employee DeAndre Marks to leave the lobby area, Jorge Buenrosteo is simply watching this violent encounter unfold. I eventually ask another bank employee to get the manager, the unknown employee says he's there behind the teller glass counter, as I am asking for the bank manager Deandrea Marks approached me again begins to threaten and intimidate me then yells out my banking information in the lobby area, this is after I requested confidentiality during my transaction. As Deandrea Marks violent behavior continued, I informed DeAndre Marks not to make the mistake of putting his hand on me. There's no reason for this Chase Bank employee to continue to threaten a bank customer and no Chase Bank employee or managers or security on site removed the violent employee from the customer. I have notified Chase Corporate Relations, I have filed a police complaint because Deandrea Marks has access to our personal account and address. Deandrea Marks has displayed violent tendencies and may strike a woman as evident in the encounter I experienced today. If you are a customer at Chase Bank Towngate and have experienced threatening behavior by DeAndre Marks please notify the Chance Corporate Relations Office. The corporate office needs to know what is happening to the customer in their banks. I am absolutely sure Jamie Dimon would not have this issue and I am equally sure DeAndre Marks would not try this behavior with Mr. Dimon. I am absolutely sure the manager Jorge Buenrosteo would not have responded in the manner I experienced, where the manager condoned the violent employee's behavior then attempts to create a reason for violent employee behavior, if it were Jamie Dimon in this bank on this day. Both employees should be terminated. There's never an excuse or reason to threaten a woman, or yell out a customer banking information in the lobby of a bank after the customer requested confidentiality. Again there's no place in a banking institution for a violent employee such as Deandrea Marks. There's no place in a banking institution for a manager who cannot lead. Jorge Buenrosteo should be removed from Chase Bank at Towngate. Jorge Buenrosteo's handling of this violent encounter is an embarrassment to Chase Bank. I have been a customer for more than twenty years.

Tellers were very helpful when my family member passed away, got me through the process and went out of their way to do it. Anyone complaining about banker wait times needs to learn how to make an appointment! Anyone complaining about wait times for deposits or withdrawals needs to learn how to use the ATM. I would assume that people seeing tellers have issues, or are elderly, so the lines are going to take a while. With all of the other options, why would anyone go inside for any other reason?

Went in at 2 today to apply for a credit and they close at 5 and they told me I could sign in but wouldn't guarantee they would help me. Then the manager said well I can close my account if I wanted. They are unhelpful unprofessional staff that need proper customer service training. I have never heard of bank employees being so lazy to open a credit card. I would go to any other chase location. Even if you have to drive a hour to another place at least you will actually be helped.

Cashes my payroll check 4 times the 5th time all I got was attitude mose rings and excuses. Took 30 mins to not cash my cheque. Ridiculous. Go anywhere else.

I called in about 30 minutes and spoke to Daniela to open a business account. She said she had availability at 1:15. I came during my lunch hour and waited for her. Only to be told 20 minutes later that she never said she could meet me and I would need to be put on a list. Very unprofessional and inconvenient since this is my local branch. Daniela needs to not set up appointments she can not attend.

They're really overcrowded and need more representatives to help but they're very kind and helpful and keep you informed of what's going on and when it's your turn the representative that helped me deandre was great he was very kind and helpful took his time explaining everything to me and made sure a 70 year old woman knew what she was agreeing too, very smart young ?

This place is horrible I've had so many bad experiences here but I will write just this last one. After mentioning to the girl with the clipboard in front that I needed to speak with someone urgently regarding fraudulent activity on my account she told me I would have to wait hours or make an appointment for days later...I realize there's a phone number but sometimes you just want to speak to someone in person that you can talk to someone in America not in a foreign country to handle your Affairs especially when you have a large amount of money in their bank for over 20 years ridiculous Bank ridiculous Branch ridiculous people!!!

I came here at 9:30 today to open personal checking account. I was greeted,checked in and asked wait. Then at 10:00 they came and told me that my turn will be at 13:00. I asked them to call me by that time so I would come. But they did not call me either.Big building but not enough stuff to serve customers.I would even say more not customer oriented location.I guess the stuff are paid for spent time although they should be paid for real done business.
