Your service overall has gone down since Covid ! I use to love banking with you before however now most of your atm's either don't work or don't accept cash deposits it's horrible ! Get it together please

The teller Erica was so rude, condescending, and unprofessional. I simply went to deposit my check and get the receipt. She did not ask where I wanted the deposit, she closed everything before I was done. I asked for the receipt and she rudely stated she closed the account. She was rolling her eyes, and sighing loudly. I was so kind to her, even apologized if I was an I convince to her and I thanked her for her help in the end. She slammed the receipt through the window.

Customer service is not great. Check in to see a customer services about a cd. Right after I was check in all of the reps went to lunch. They never said anything until I asked. They did not come back for an 1 1/2 . I could not leave because of the time limit I had with the CD to renew and was leaving town the next day.

BEWARE.. Do not deposit anything in lobby atm's. The atm rebooted with my checks and card still in it. I went inside and they told me they have nothing to do with those ATM'S. I needed to call a number to make a claim. Called spoke to someone for 1 hr. in who knows what part of the world. She didn't understand a word I said. She asked 20 times and practically accused me of not even making a transaction that day. Ridiculous.

This place needs to get their stuff together seriously. The waits are long and the tellers don't know what they're doing half the time. There were 3 tellers at one point trying to help one person. Worst chase bank I've ever been to. Won't come here again

3/12/2022 Walked in to cash a check (Chase bank check) from my Job (First check is paper and from a well known company) the teller initiated the transaction and than cancelled it with out giving me any details on why I could not cash my payroll check. The check had no issues and I was able to deposit it in to my credit union with out any holds or rejections. Worst customer service at this Chase branch.

Hello chase, it was nice banking with you. I will proceed to close my account with a fraudulent claim that I was unable to be reimbursed with. My money isn't safe here. My accounts have been breached through my email and navy Federal was able to reimburse me with a zelle transaction being made. There was a claim reversal that occurred with someone I do not know and have no idea of. Your guys specialist can only be shutting me out telling me to contact this man I have no clue of. Executive specialist made me call zelle for this claim and zelle has nothing to do with this issue. Thanks chase for being helpful. Navy Federal is somewhere you should put money in to those who have suffered an issue like this.

ATM will dispense ripped bills and bank teller will give you a difficult and hard time exchanging them.
