Tellers were very helpful when my family member passed away, got me through the process and went out of their way to do it. Anyone complaining about banker wait times needs to learn how to make an appointment! Anyone complaining about wait times for deposits or withdrawals needs to learn how to use the ATM. I would assume that people seeing tellers have issues, or are elderly, so the lines are going to take a while. With all of the other options, why would anyone go inside for any other reason?

This place is horrible I've had so many bad experiences here but I will write just this last one. After mentioning to the girl with the clipboard in front that I needed to speak with someone urgently regarding fraudulent activity on my account she told me I would have to wait hours or make an appointment for days later... I realize there's a phone number but sometimes you just want to speak to someone in person that you can talk to someone in America not in a foreign country to handle your Affairs especially when you have a large amount of money in their bank for over 20 years ridiculous Bank ridiculous Branch ridiculous people!!!

Bring a customer and not getting offered services in any of the branches - such as a notary public- really sucks big time. It's part of the client package, be our customer and we offer free services- nahh no service at all! Sucks! Go somewhere and PAY for your notary instead. It's not just this chase branch. It's all the branches in Moreno Valley and Riverside. I just had someone tell me that they offer the service but it's not guaranteed. Sheesh!

This bank hasn't changed. It's always pack, the tellers is slow as fuck. Lines long, I hate this bank. Will look into opening another account and close chase out.

I had a excellent time at the bank. Came in around 4:30pm and was out by 5:30pm. The evironment is friendly and the personnel is very helpful.

Very under staffed. I've given up trying to give them my money. I will simplify bank somewhere else. There website is a joke just like their branches. 1 star. Do not recommend.

I waited two hours to open a business account, they said I had to wait another hour and a half. there was no one in the queue. worst bank branch and shame chase .

I came here today to make changes to my daughters account and was told to wait in the lobby. I was also told it was one banker and they don't know how long the wait is. 20 minutes later, someone comes with an ipad and tells me all the bankers are on lunch and there is 13 people ahead of me (none of them there) and they will call me when its my turn to come back. Once I receive that call, i will have 10-15 minutes to come back. That was at 1245 and now its 4pm, bank closed, never got a call back! This location is horrible! This is exactly why i dont deal with chase. I opened an USAA account without the hassle of all the bankers being on lunch!

I literally despise coming here. I need a Valium and a couple of shots of tequila to prepare myself for what fresh hell awaits every single time. I play spin the wheel of horrible service each time I walk through their doors. No one at this location gives one single crap about their customers. So there's always at least two people to greet you when you walk in the door and ask you what you need but no one to actually help you with what you need. I need a teller. I don't need someone to say hello to me I don't need someone to tell me about their new machines I don't need someone to stand there and say OK someone will be with you in a moment..... I need someone to actually handle my transaction!!!!!!!!!!! If you're lucky there might be two tellers open but normally it's only one. There is at any given time 4-6 people literally doing absolutely nothing. There's two girls that stand together and gossip and laugh together holding iPad standing at the front door to greet you, which I don't understand what purpose that serves at all. And then there's usually about three people behind the teller windows just walking back-and-forth doing nothing. The manager is usually sitting in her office either talking on the phone or has another employee in there that she's chitchatting with instead of actually helping customers. I honestly have this issue at any of the chase banks that I visit but I have to say this one is far and above the absolute worst. I am constantly asking my business partners to either change banks or start excepting other forms of payment.

If you go try to conduct business at this Chase I guarantee you will want to end your relationship with Chase as a whole! The staff is unprofessional(majority women) who stand around gossiping about their relationships as you wait in line to see a teller. Then they change requirements to do business in the branch "all of a sudden" if you bank with other banks as well. The Manager Sharon is clueless so good luck!

Michelle Martinez the personal banker is amazing ! She answered all of my questions to reopen my account with chase and offered the most appropriate bank account that fits my banking needs. Michelle you are awesome thank you for making my experience at chase fun! I feel like we became friends.

I've been trying to call the branch for a week (throughout the day, multiple times a day) and they NEVER answered. I want to open up a new account but I I need to do it in the branch (per their website). Today (8/29), they did answer but the rep Luis answered the phone as if he's answering a personal call like, "Hello?" That threw me off because I was expecting a "Good afternoon Chase Bank" - I said "Hi is this Chase?" - "No this is Luis" - "Oh I'm sorry I might have the wrong number" - "this is Chase bank though" - "oh okay so I wanted to--" and then he hung up. Super weird. If you need to go to branch definitely go to a different location.
