This is probably my favorite cosmoprof because of the employees. I have yet to have a bad experience with any of them. Every time I step foot in here I’m greeted and asked if I need help finding anything. If they’re ever out of something I need, they offer to check another store for me. They just really go above and beyond.

Racially profiled me was following me around the store kept asking if I needed help with prices I said I was alright they continued to follow me and then not even 2 minutes passed they said they weren’t open to the public and kicked me out

People of color, do not come to this store. I came to this store as I was doing some slight shopping when I stopped in. I came in with my own bags WITH RECEIPTS INSIDE FOR EACH ITEM may I add. I was browsing for a flatiron and the attendant decided to profile me and follow me around the store. I was questioned but not once in these questions she asked me did she ask if I was licensed. I was in the store for maybe two/three minutes so why would I have to be asked four times if I needed help? She then proceeded to tell me that they do not sell to the public. Soon to my research I found out this store sells to licensed cosmetologists which would’ve been nice to know when I first entered. She also was constantly looking at my bags. I was made very uncomfortable. I will not return to this location and I would hope that other people of color wouldn’t either. When I called over the phone to ask if the store was open to the public, the girl that answered said I had the option to sign up as a student in order to be able to shop. I was not even given that option in store! So why was I told immediately that it’s not open to the public and that I couldn’t shop there? Spend your money elsewhere.

The short girl employee with the messed up blue money piece and lisp is so rude. I felt belittled and judged by her. I was the only person in the store she came up to and asked if I had a membership and when I asked for help looking for products she eventually just walked away from me without helping me find what I needed. I have social anxiety and situations like these deter me from going to businesses who treat their guests this way. I hope they improve their customer service in the future and find friendlier staff.

It says the store is open at 8am on Google and on their door sign. It is now 8:43am and the doors are locked but all the lights are on. I tried calling but there was no answer. I came all the way over here for nothing and I need this color for a client I have to do tomorrow smh.... terrible!
